    You're smart as hell. I've seen this on marble sphere videos where they use a rotating cup blade but it never occurred to me to do this. Genius.

    i've been stuck on a project with epoxy clay where i've needed a sphere or two for a few days now. i don't know that this will work but you've made me think it's possible and that's better than where i was before i saw this

    An empty tomato paste can will give you a better grip, and it won't deform from the heat of your hand like a plastic scraper.

    I dont understamd how the green plastic egg shell removes the extra clay someone please explain im trying to learn how to sculpt

      Rotating the shell around the sphere while applying slight pressure will scrape the clay away while helping to form the sphere. I find it more efficient than using, say, a metal rib because it preserves the shape better.
