Good morning Katie, loved the Dragon and the gal with the Ginger hair. Great work on your cross stitch conversion. I am currently working on what I call Moon setting over the Pacific. Everything is going well, except I ran out of 939. I ordered some more drills, but have yet to receive. I am going to continue to work of the canvas. Will work around the area for 939. Any place which has numbers, I am putting in the matching Rhinestone. So should be an interesting effect. This month I will start a small TEMU canvas Titanic. Hay, family history. This will be a small project. I will look through my many TEMU Diamond paintings canvases I purchased to see what else I was to task this month. I purchased from DAC, I think it is called Spaniel Puppy in a cup. Anyway, the canvas is of a Cocker Spaniel puppy in a coffee cup wearing large glasses. I purchased this one because my caregiver loves Cocker Spaniels. So, this canvas will be for her birthday in July. I have a question, I have left over a slightly lighter navy drills, could I use those in place of the 939s? Have a wonderful day.

I also did Fiona the Butterfly Dragon as my first DP. I also ran out of a drill but just used a drill that was right next to the one I ran out of, since I didnt have any extra. You cant tell were the one was to end and the other was to start so I am happy with it. Also when I went to roll with my rubber roller some of my drills came up. All in all I am happy with my DP.

I finally had my first finish for the year aerial Angel… started what lies beneath but set it aside for March to participate in the chuckalong with seize the day 😅 I’m the same as you where I don’t want too many wips hanging over my head that I feel I gotta hurry and finish up
Sooo many events this month! I'm using the same canvas for the darkvibescraftalong as well as Lovellthon2023. Then I have 2 canvases for Mermaids and Magic and I already started my canvas for Dakotathon2023...I may have bitten off more than I can chew 😅😅😅
Thank you for the recap! In February, I completed my first Diamond Paining, Wolf Dreamcatcher by DAC! I purchased The Druid, by DAC when it came out and just kitted up on March 1, blocked it out and have completed about 1.5 blocks. Learning to place Square Diamonds. I’m finally to a place of enjoying them, about 8 hours into this monster canvas! March will be The Druid and I’m hunting for my next project in the meantime. I tried to grab Glass Mermaid this past Sat but they were sold out almost instantly!

Damn, you are fast! I did one half of my 60cm x 80cm, Daydreamer by Kurtis Rykovich from Dreamer Designs and count myself lucky. I just don't have room to work on more than one at a time, which is both good and bad. You do such lovely work!

I just have three quick questions about Summer w/ the Masters. I’ve never participated in this particular event, so I’m not familiar with the basic requirements. If you can’t answer me right now, I understand. Do I have to choose a painting from a specific year, and do I have to buy a painting from a licensed company, even though the artwork is considered public domain? I have Starry Night from Craftibly. However, it’s a partial with special drills. I don’t know if those are permitted.
I have a question, you mentioned you had started at the bottom with one of your DPs and I had done that and I had rubbed up against it when it hung down and my arms rubbed against the DP and some of the drills rubbed of. Is it better to start at the top so you dont rub on the drills? ty
I've found that I can NOT think my hands over sections with the new square drills 😭 I find the texture tyo rough and scratchy and it BUGS me to no end. Sometimes I even have to wear long sleeves do my arm doesn't rub against it... 😭
