this year has been the slowest reading year for me personally. I read a good amount of books but not one of them was a 5 star and none of them was THE BOOk for me this year. a lot of 3 stars and some 4 stars. so im looking forward to next year and hope to find books that I ´m obsessed with :D
I love how the first 3 books you mentioned are all newly purchased by me 🤣 it shouldn’t be a surprise since you are the only booktuber I follow and therefore the only one who has recommended these books to me but it’s ironic how I literally got shark heart in the mail today and I’m halfway through the once upon a broken heart (so far so freaking good!!!) and you release this video 🤣🙏🙏 ❤️

I loved how satirical How to Kill Men and Get Away with It was! She has a book coming out in 2024 called The Murder After the Night Before. I can't wait for it!
even though there’s obviously a lot of similarities in the storylines of the caraval series and once upon a broken heart i struggled to understand how they’re written by the same author. the writing in once upon a broken heart was so much better than caraval and so much more enjoyable for me
Once again here to beg you to read The Likeness by Tana French. Its so TSH coded its not even funny. And its actually good, with good writing. Also, The Magician's series by Lev Grossman is dark academia, pretentious, and a little comedic at time, but also DARK
