I'm glad there's someone out there preserving this sort of military lore for future generations. I had trouble finding high quality recordings of these when I was in.
I love your voice so much. It takes a lot for someone to put themselves out especially here on RUclips. I am super proud of you. I can't wait to see you live again. 🥰
I'm a disabled veteran and did heaps of veteran stuff when I was a veteran. I'm a veteran. Thanks for my service.
Thank you for serving our country
@@jackboy89 thanks for appreciating me and other veterans who keep you safe and the cost of bacon down.
Thank you for your self-service and make sure you get all your veterans discounts and ask for your veterans discounts over and over and use your expired military ID card when you get pulled over by the cops@@cool...............
@@cool...............thank you for service to our country

Thank you my buddy in the Army sang this cadence to me and my husband that is retired navy showed me this one and I sent my buddy this cadence and it made him cry. He told me it brought back memories of when he was in boot camp. He’s a Sergeant. My adopted son is in the navy and sent me Full Metal Jacket 10 minutes ago. Thank you so much for doing these. I have a lot of respect for you and all of our Military personal and their families for what they go through.
Could listen to your songs all day! Unbelievable voice.
Been in for 8 years and counting. The cadences bring back so so many memories. Keep it up brother. Love this 🫡
I loved drill so much in jrotc. I’m a percussionist and the rhythm of our feet hitting the floor and calling cadence was such a thing of art. Doing parades and competitions was always fun and I was extremely passionate about it.
My JROTC Squadron is like a military choir, marching all instep to the beat of the cadences, and singing them
we sound alike! im currently a percussionist and in jrotc, drill is one of my favorite things. i look forward to it all week. i also LOVE calling the cadences/jodies.
I've been out 16 yrs this month. Thank you so much for making these it was a great trip down memory lane.

I literally listen to you non stop for hours on end while I clean and make jewelry ♥️♥️♥️ Love From Canada 🇨🇦
Went through Navy Officer Development School, and the two RDCs (Senior Chief Hobgood and Chief Long) sang this to us as our first cadence when we were medically qualified for enhanced military training…in the sandpit.
Two amazing individuals that molded us as Naval officers. This cadence will always be in my mind as the start of my military experience. Amazing stuff.
Ohhh Myyyy Varioussss Godssss....
As a Operation Iraqi Freedom 09 combat vet.... Been looking for good sounding cadences and you nailed it.
Listening to you I’m back at Fort Jackson in 1980. Keep up the great work
I sang the crotch version. MCRD San Diego. 1982. He did a good job of it.

We had this same cadence in the Air Force back in the early 1980s, glad to see the Army using it even if some of the words have been changed.

We did this one when I was in the Women's Army Corps 1976-79. "Mama, Mama, can't ya see/? What the Army's done to me? Took away my lovin' man. Now I sleep with Uncle Sam"
it's been a long night baby :) love you

❤
Fuckin marines that’s the shit I love won’t ever forget you guys are the real deal!
I will be creating a play list with all your shorts! I will be attending BLC pretty soon and still in need to learn cadences.
“I used to date a baddie, now I date my M16” that’s what we sang in AIT lol
Cadence has definitely cleaned up in our politically correct military. Well done young man, well done!!
Hint, set to 1.25 to turn it to a running cadence
I used to wear my faded jeans... now I'm wearing Army green.
I used to drive a Cadillac, now I hump it on my back
Probably my favorite cadence
It’s not “hump” it’s ruck
Good voice good use. Damn that Rockstar Satan worshipping BS. Drive On young Lad! Drive On!!!
If I die in a combat zone Tell My Mama I did my best one of his songs said that but I don't remember which one
