Hey everyone welcome back! Sorry for the delay in posting - I'm still travelling and so can't post too often. But will be back in 1 month for more regular uploads! This week I am teaching you one of my colour changes. I've broken this move down into three simple steps so you can learn it as fast as possible. The erdnase card change is pretty easy if you follow the steps I show in the video. It is also super visual, and once you learn it you'll be able to do some amazing magic with nothing more than a deck of cards. Enjoy x

Sick trick Oscar. You make it seem believable. Thus is so simple but requires practice by yourself in a mirror to see if you're flashing. I have long rhin fingers so it works for me. Took me about 5 minutes to get decent at it. Thanks mate!

Brian, it’s interesting how Oscar is one of those young men that you naturally root for and appreciate his success…and we don’t even know him! Lol
Another interesting fact is how we magicians think the more complicated slights are the better they are, but in reality for spectators these simple moves create the biggest reactions. Great post my Texas brother!
@@johnraithel6867 It’s always a good idea to rethink magic through the eyes of the spectator brother - esp the farther into magic we get (I’m 41 years old now, meaning 3 decades of magic 😱 - when you figure out how to stop time, DM me 😂).
As magicians, we can get so wrapped up in monkey moves (ie. the Alex Pandrea theory of learning at least 5 sleights so difficult that you’ll never use them in performance), we can often lose site of the real reason we do this - to entertain non magicians (aka muggles). This is the Erdnase change btw, not the cardini change. Cardini change is the instant change where you cover with your hand and pull the top card down to the side with your pinkie, like you're doing a top shot but you don't let go of the card completely

I think I figured out how the Filter trick works the cigar is actually glass like and the filter goes up and down cs we can see it does that only when it goes upside down

Great trick and explanation! However, I am already struggling with holding the deck like that. My hands are simply too large and my fingers too long. Having normally sized hands seems to be a precondition for a successful execution of that trick 😒

I have been watching you from a long time and many of your videos have changed my life, i have shown my friends many of your tricks and they were mind blown. They were like "how is that possible?!" and i told them about your channel. They still did not believe me. Hope you get more recognised more and get more sub's. I have also made a short on this tricks.
Question: when I try this trick I sometimes bring several cards with the the proper card. Sure the right card appears on top at the end but is there a way to stop me from bringing more than the desired card down?
I know I'm not Oscar, but I think multiple cards is good because then they won't see the original card right underneath
I have been working on an effect were I reverse the top and bottom card on the deck. This makes the deck look normal, but all the cards in the middle are reversed.
If anyone has a way to use this effect in a trick let me know.

This video is hard for me because my hand is small to cover the card
So not a great trick for peeps with smaller hands. I am afraid I would flash.
Honestly, hand size doesn’t matter as much. I am 14 and I have pretty small hands. If you practice your palming technique (i reccomend an Alex Pandrea video), and use a bit of misdirection, you’ll get there…

Is it just me or ar my hands to small ?
If your hands are small, try to slide the card using the bottom part of the palm of your right hand (with your right fingers going much further when you put your right hand on the deck). You'll see that's it's much easier to do it (and it's actually how it must be done, unless you have very long fingers).
