Hay dos opciones para el verbo HELP: "Help set the table" es informal, o "Help to set the table" que es formal utilizando el infinitivo, "Help setting the table" yo nunca lo he oído, quizá lo has visto o confundido como: "can't help " y se pone el gerundio después, pero este significa "no puedo negar", "I can't help setting the table" es: "no me puedo negar a poner la mesa" como Elvis y su canción: "I can't help falling in love" " No puedo negar que estoy enamorado "
