    Hey Guys heres a couple of things people have suggested that i add to this.
    1. An amount knob as well as a dry/wet
    2. Independant Upward and downward controls.
    If there is anything else you can think of let me know. ill post an updated version tomorrow and a video letting you know! :)

    Wow Sounds great but have you considered adding a downward compression, upward compression knob.

      Wanted to try and keep it fairly simple but ill pin this comment and if people want me to add a second page with slightly more control i will :)

      @@GarronsMusic that would be a cool feature!

      @@GarronsMusic Definitely, honestly I think those knobs would be much more valuable than the mono lows, wide highs and high balance buttons, as up/downward compression knobs are things which actually exist on the original OTT.

    I couldn't tell the difference between your preset and the actual xfer one!! Great job!
    But does this one minimise phasing issues tho, like the xfer ott creates phase issues even at low depth amount.

      @GarronsMusic  3 года назад +2

      There will be phase issues in bitwig when making cuts with any method you use. The cleanest effect if you want to do a clean phase cut with this effect is pro MB by fabfilter. With Ott i almost think of the phase thing as part of the effect. though it would be cool to have an option! just got to be careful with the low end that a band isnt intercepting a sub bass frequency!

      The great thing with Bitwig based OTT effects: you can Raise or even Key track the low band in certain situations to get your ideal phase situation ^^

      @DaKingof 3 года назад +1

      The only way to get rid of that is to use linear phase eq to separate your frequency. Then you introduce pre-ringing which could be worse with the amount of compression/expansion used in these devices.

      I suggest you take a look at Dan Worrall's videos on E.Q. if you want to create one.

      There is. It's called "Multiband Dynamics" for Multiband FX-3

    • @GarronsMusic
      @GarronsMusic  3 года назад +2

      Well the idea of this preset is that it sounds exactly like the OTT one!

      @@GarronsMusic And the one in presets does not?

    • @GarronsMusic
      @GarronsMusic  3 года назад +4

      @@Artek604 No, i really made this for people who wanted the OTT sound but weren't sure about tweking multi band dynamics because alot of people had asked on an old video i made where i showed how to do this! :) . You could get absoloutly make that multiband dynamics preset sound the same if you know how to.

    Also, a reduce ambiance remake would be a cool idea. I miss that a lot from Ableton
