    Thanks for this.... very helpful! I'm just beginning my journey down this path. 49 yo with PSA of 9.6. Some light, intermittent pain and discomfort in the groin area. Prostate exam results: "you have a big prostate" according to my Urologist. PSA a month later at 6.2. Some family history (grandfather). MRI scheduled for next month. Hoping for the best.
