At a certain point there's no reason to buy the original. ESPECIALLY if you care about authenticity. If you do a little research you can get the best replica there is. But if you order an "authentic one" from StockX, there's a >50% chance you will get a replica, and probably a crappier one than if you had looked for a rep yourself.

Someone posted this video on the sub. He overpaid for his "fake" pair. There are better batches for cheaper. Someone said he DM Heskicks and said he got kickwho which is the h12 batch. Usually they go for $150. Another said he got the O F W pairs which seller for a lot more.
What just came to mind is that the people who create the replicas will probably be watching these videos and taking notes which is indirectly and unintentionally supporting the replica market and their craft although you mean well.

I've had really good luck with StockX... I purchased at least seven pairs so far and done my own legit checks through checkcheck app and it's always been on point I don't know I think some people lie and say they got a pair from StockX when they know they didn't and that they're fake just to cover their butt when they get caught and then StockX ends up getting a bad rep. Or someone got a pair from someone who said they got it from StockX stuff like that.
Ngl paid $75 for mine off dhgate came with same shit as ur $190 one plus stock x sticker and note of authenticity and the tag, tbh u got ripped off
