jpop like distribution is a bit different from kpop! not every member is always going to get lines since a lot of the time different members are specialized into different roles (singing, rapping, performance). some members of jpop groups could be active for years and never touch a mic even once just because they're better at dancing or being a focal point in their performances. psyfes vocal line (weesa, kokoro, and ren [occasionally]) have already released some unit songs on their past albums. its really just about who fits what song and such and theres no hard feelings or mistreatment!
This kind why I don't kpoppies to get into Jpop, they are bringing that kpop logic to Jpop and saying it's unfair when Jpop has always been this way (well not always)
@@missauroraroseblairsays 6 months late, but i feel like with a MUSIC GROUP even without being a kpop fan or music group fan screen time & lines would come into question, so all you have to do is explain... :)
The issue here is that a lot of KPop stans see KPop as a "standard" when they start listening non-Korean Asian pop music, rather than venturing into it with an open and clear mind. In this case, rather than asking how JPop is different from KPop, etc., they start jumping into things like "OMG unbalanced line distribution" and other factors similar. This is what frustrates non-KPop music fans, because they see these types of KPop stans' behavior as if they see KPop being "superior" that it *has* to be the standard for them.🤦♀️
When I saw that you posted this I got sooo excited I’ve been waiting for yall to do more of them. Their choreography is always top tier they never miss.
Hi just wanted to let you know that Jpop and kpop have different approaches to line distribution. Not everyone is gonna get lines, in much bigger groups some members only get to maybe sing an adlib or add a high note if they can. Some songs will only have rap line preform, also the rappers of this group also do cyphers without the singer line. Sometimes singer lines will do vocal heavy. I dont think Love Fire needed any or alot rap elements, its a rnb jpop song that doesnt need anything extra. So please keep that in mind if you guys will explore more jpop, not every jpop group is like XG or even Physic Fever. Some members never get to sing and only dance or are the face/center
pls react to more jpop groups❤ I recommend Wolf Howl Harmony-Frozen Butterfly(RnB group), Number_I(major japan group), or maybe more exile tribe groups
idk that all J-pop do this or not but LDH always separate vocal and rap song, this album they said they'll do more vocal more J-pop than previous (JLD , TEMPERATURE) so that why some member didn't get more line. I'm disappointed too.
I mean nothing wrong with more vocals. They did that in Baku Baku as well, where the rappers were singing and ut was great. I was also disappointed when the other members were basically just background dancers lol but I'm happy that Ren (i think his name is) got more lines and screentime
Jpop doesn't work like kpop, some Japanese idols in groups have never had lines because they were the center/face of the group. Some AKB girlies have only had 5 minutes of line (across different songs and rotations).
