Around 1999 my friends and I from 🇬🇧 were doing a full season of chamonix all on snowboards.Many many wonderful memories la cantina ...............🍺 and this one slope comes to mind, we were all hung over from a another late night so we decided to go to le tour even though it was low light and cloudy and hadn’t been there that much.we soon got lost in the fog but wanted to get back to this slope as we were in the trees😂 we had used this slope and new it would take us too the cable car 👍And not lost 😡 when we stumbled across it there were orange barriers,tape people standing around but shouting at us in French ?..oh well we continued for 20 seconds then found ourselves in the middle of a ski race with bibs and numbers on this guys back lol oh shit ‼️we managed to keep somewhat close to the skier so didn’t really get in anyone’s way 🙏 but when we turned the final corner to the finish line,hundreds of people booed us as we got on the lift sharpish. It was like been in a carry on film or a Norman Widom comedy sketch . Priceless thanks for the video I found it first attempt 👍❤️the run in the trees
