It's just the temperature has to be lower the faster the waters moving since the amount of connetic energy it builds up. Now I don't know if it did freeze I just know it would only have to be around -55° for a while for it to.

This video deserves the 2017 award for worst editing and most confusing. The voice doesn't match the slideshow, and right when I feel like I'm about to get real information about the landmark, all I hear is "it looks amazing" or it's unrecognizable"
