Just experiencing this amazing band today in 2024
This song is very meaningful to me. It came out when I was 9, and everything in my life suddenly changed - my parents divorced, family turned against us, and I watched my mother get physically assaulted. This song was the only song that I paid attention to the lyrics. I thought about it like Jay was speaking to me. I used to think "well that's annoying" that you never know when it's going to end. Well soon after it did, and I still am trying to recover from social anxiety that I developed from certain events. But the song is absolutely true, good things will happen, and bad things will happen too. This song will always mean so much to me for the rest of my life. Thank you Rival Sons.

So atmospheric: great use of retro influences and instruments, particularly love the Hammond on this one. I see this being used in a Tarantino sound track.

Saw them in Manchester last night for the first time. Outstanding, one of the best vocal performances I've ever seen. The whole audience stayed, clapped & cheered them for about 10mins after they finished. Exceptional gig.
I was there as well great front man! Scott Holiday was awesome. Blue Pills were brilliant as well. I thought it was very civilised crowd wise, perhaps I am getting old (47) but I love a good thrash at the front!
It was pretty reserved but I think everybody was a bit in awe. I was pretty mesmerised, just an outstanding band & performance. I got a last minute ticket & drove up. I certainly won't be driving next time! Blue Pills were great too, some really amazing singing last night. They'll defo be at Academy or the Apollo next time.
