HEY BOYS (gamers) (gaming) it is me HARMNONE (harmnone) here to play gta5 (gta 5) (gta online) I recently purchased an iPhone 13 from (mrbossftw) (he was illegally selling them :D) as I walked down MAIN STREET towards MADISON SQUARE GARDEN I stumbled across LEBRON JAMES (wow, incredible) he was in the middle of getting DUNKED ON by MICHAEL JORDAN (MJ) because even at 780 years old MICHAEL JORDAN is still a much better player than Bron (it's true) as I walked I saw a billboard featuring EST GEE & 42 DUGG (two of the greatest rappers alive) advertising their new ALBUM "LAST ONES LEFT" (they are the last ones left) on top of that I also walked past LIL BABY (the goat). As I continued I stumbled upon JOE BIDEN (wtf) (he was taking money from mrbossftw to be let off of his prison sentence) (he was convicted of being one of the worst RUclipsr's in history) after I witnessed this (which I totally didn't obviously) (pls joe don't have my family wiped). Finally I reached my final destination, JFK INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT where I then witnessed TGG (the gaming gorilla, ((famous gta 5 RUclipsr)) being detained by the TSA for suspicion of international piracy on the high seas (wow). Naturally this was alarming as I didn't believe that he was a pirate (innocent until proven guilty) I then boarded my plane and flew into EUROPE (but definitely not near UKRAINE or RUSSIA ((I DONT WANT TO GO THERE RIGHT NOW)) finally the plane landed in Somalia, where I then dismounted the plane (yes) and got into a white Toyota Hilux pickup truck (with a mounted DShK machine gun in the bed((a bit odd)) I then went to a remote village on the eastern side of the BEAUTIFUL NATION. In said village I was instructed to enter a hut made of scrap corrugated metal fence and blue tarps. Inside of the hut I found something I never expected to see. Tylarious, Broughy1322, Digital Car Addict, Saintsfan, Nitrix Warlord, TGG and... MRBOSSFTW... all sitting around a small table made of thatch and tires (wtf is going on omg) they then sat me down and handcuffed me to the small 3 legged white plastic chair (oh no)
Naturally this was a very alarming situation to be apart of, but I wasn't going to let it get the best of me. Next thing I know, DONALD (redacted monetization and legal reasoning) AND KANYE (yez) WEST enter the hut through the back piece of tarp.
MrBossFTW comes over to me while the others watch in disarray, he gets close to me and whispers in my ear "you wanna know how I got this hut?"
I replied "no not really"
He said "I've made over 7,000 clickbait videos, extended just past the 8 minutes mark, for extra ad revenue. Now that my views are dwindling and the next era of GTA RUclipsrs are being ushered in, I've felt it was time to take the reigns back into my hands"
Feeling very confused and like I was having a fever dream, just when I thought things couldn't get any stranger...

Moments later we all gather ourselves and meet around what's left of the table (there is not much)
Former US President Donald (redacted for legal and monetization reasons) reaches his hand out to me and assures me that nothing like this will ever happen again (wow) and that MrBossFTW has been a wanted criminal on the CIA's MOST WANTED LIST for 10 YEARS (!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
I receive the CONGRESSIONAL MEDAL OF HONOUR for my antics (not sure what I did but ok hehe) (medal of honor go brrrrrrrrr) I then ride back to the airport with the unspoken president and we depart back to NORTH AMERICA (epic)

I agree with your assessment on all of these businesses, especially how abysmal Air Cargo is. I think the Auto Shop is given proper positioning on this list, but I will say the Union Depository Heist has some of the best effort vs value of any Heist in the game.
Two ultra quick Setups and a beefy 'shoot and escape' Heist for 300k is pretty great, especially if you have a good Tuner (like an RS Classic). You can keep this Heist open for later by doing the first Setup whenever its available.
Very true honestly, it is quite easy
1. you just need to select the union depositary contract on the board to keep it, no need to do the setup to keep it on your contract board
2. you don't need any tuner car tbh, just go to the vinewood police station and escape via the heli, just like the casino heist
If you source 10 crates for the ones with a 12% bonus in the hanger and wait for double money then sell in a public lobby it sells for 1,000,800. 100,000 per crate is pretty good imo
tbh id how u guys are taking 30 min to complete a source mission it takes me at most 10 min
I personally think the acid lab is solo friendly especially being I can source supplies and sell solo and the Selling missions are very easy to do solo

my job/mission cycle to constantly make money:
1. Agency Contract (35-50k. If you complete all the Dr Dre contracts you get 1 mil)
2. Payphone Hit (85k)
3. Dax Work (50k)
4. Payphone Hit (85k)
5. Autoshop Car Client (Very quick 25k)
6. Autoshop Contract (180-300k depending on which ones you get. These can take time so when you get these done you can repeat these steps)
+ passive income (nightclub goods, have assistant from cargo warehouse source crates for you every 48 mins)
the dax work was only paying out 50k for the drug wars last dose release bonus, dax work only pays out 10k now
If i had a favorite bussiness it would be the Auto shop. Not only cause the contracts are a good way of earning money but main reason is for the LSC that is in the auto shop . Store up to 10 cars and whatever rank you are even if you where level 1 you could 100% upgrade your car. And choose all colours . Chrome, lime green, all the camos you are suposed to do challenges for you can just buy there
If you're trying to do vehicle cargo solo just to get the trade price on the Phantom Wedge don't bother. The final unlock mission for trade price requires 2+ players. The game doesn't tell you until you do all the work to unlock it, just pay in full.
Tbh you are the best dude to watch if you Wanna be good a gta. I always go to watch your videos when i do need help with anything. Keep it up bro👍

Idk if it’s just a temporary bug with my game but there are some mission vehicles that I haven’t been able to pick up with the cargobob hook and am forced to drive them. I can’t remember off hand which ones didn’t let me hook onto them, but yeah it seems as though cargobob can’t pick up all vehicles for quick transport 💀
Top tip... look at the locations and cluster your businesses and facilities as best you can together, and nearby to freeways in/out of the city.

Also autoshop give’s you free classic paint, all the metals….while their some paints are blocked because you must do som races or arena things. Discount on every upgrade and it’s my favorite business

Right now i just spam security contracts for the agency and doing auto shop deliveries to grind car meet rep in the downtime. Besides that i check on my bunker and night club regularly to keep the passive income flowing. Great video as always my man.

I personally think Hangar/Smuggling missions are fun and unique. yes still not as profitable. But I play this game more for the fun and hang out with buddies.
Would love to see a video about hidden tricks or tips for combat, vehicles, interaction menu, etc that have been added the last few years. SO MANY more options than before in Interaction Menu!
5:17 and the best contract is “The Union Depository Contract” because you can get 270k and a plus of 10k per preparaty mission. A Total of 290k.

Maxing the passive income for the agency is unbelievably tedious and definitely needs a buff per contract imo especially since the nightclub is significantly better with little effort.
I’m at 125 right now, honestly it gets to be so worth it
Are 201 contracts too much? Originally it required 501 contracts. I usually visit Agency computer to see if there's any specialist or specialist plus contract by the way of replenishing armors and snacks. Since the related platinum award is unlocked at 50 contracts, I think that's the amount of contracts that game expects you to complete. I won't complain about passive income of 5k every 48 minutes of real time.
It used to max at 50K per in game day but they reduced it to 20k, there for 201 contracts instead of 501
It’s worth it because a solid 20k passive every 48 minutes for doing nothing once you reach it. Also always do recover valuables over any other contract.
Wanted to catch you up on the high demand bonus. It is actually 2.5% per player in the lobby that is not in your organization, and it caps out at 50%. So, you need 20 players not in your org to max it.
The thing i hate is people that attacked my vehicle when delivery

@@HapPawhere The best way to utilize it is thru the acid lab. Most of the missions take about 3-4 minutes to complete, so you can just be in ghost org and get about half mil with one sell vehicle

High demand bonus maxes out at 50%. As long as you sell in a lobby with 21 players including yourself, you are fully utilizing the bonus. P.S. people in your organization don't count towards the bonus, and this of course only works in public lobbies.

Ive been grinding the agency since i moved on from the autoshop grind. I only got the PS5 version of the game a month ago but ive made over 200mil. Completed the Dre contract over 150 times. Takes me about 1 hour now, but thats with 50% max health, weak guns, and only slow unarmored cars. Someone with armored cars and an oppressor could easily do it in 45 minutes. And the payout is 1.1Mil. Easily the best business in the game and extremely overlooked. The only problem is that its seemingly spawning double the amount of enemies in the missions now that ive completed it so much. Especially in the mission where you save Dre in his studio. The spawns there were alr bad as they spawn enemies behind you 3 times, But now its closer to 7 or 8 respawns

I feel like the Nightclub popularity boost missions (kick a guy out or give a drunk VIP a ride) are coming a lot less frequently after the last update.
You have too leave out of the nightclub entrance and come back in, then walk past the first bar to get it to spawn. Every time you complete it, you have to re-exit and re-enter.

The Exotic Car list is more useful for the LS Car Meet XP you get then the actual Money. grinding LS Car Meet Rep takes quite a while.

Filling the hangar it's super easy and fast with your own planes and the fact that you can destroy the vehicle that has the crate to pick it up for yourself makes it a breeze

If you have GTA+ you can go off the radar for 3 min as a CEO for free no more $12,000. Enough time to deliver a car or sell the acid lab. So I maxed out the cars in my vehicle cargo and none of them were top range. I had to sell a lower car to free up a spot. So you're not guaranteed to get top range after sourcing all other cars. Also selling a mid range car in a full lobby got me $93,000.
It never occurred to me as a solo player to only acquire $75,000 worth of merchandise and then sell a single vehicle. Cause you'll still make a profit on a public lobby.
@3:21 For newer players that really need the money; there are way more profitable ways to grind. Buuuuuutttt, players who have plenty of money these are super fun because they're so different and you get to finally use all those weaponized helicopters and jets that we've collected that usually just collect dust in our hangars.
I couldn't care less about the high demand bonus. I call the lack of it my Peace of Mind Penalty.
I could vet the lobby to sell Nightclub or Bunker, or even a small Special Cargo, when that's what we had to do. Now that I don't have to worry about it anymore, I'm not going back. I have enough money that strict profitability isn't my main concern. My time has value, too.

As far as i remember a year ago, there was a spam button glitch that let you call Franklin to do infinite security contracts (no cool down). This, plus letting the cool down happen to do payphone hits, alternating between nightclub, safes (including auto shop delivery but give to staff) netted around $600K every 48 minutes or in game day. Not to mention, with the acid lab, nightclub, and bunker solo sales, this is the most efficient way to solo grind if you aren't considering Cayo perico following the nerfs.
Cayo piero still highly recommended though but it did get nerfed badly. I remembered when I made over 20 million dollars so easily cuz of it 😂

Art/jewellery/animal: $491,400
Narcotics/chemicals/medical: $438,750
(Figures including Ron’s 2.5% cut)
(Use CEO ghost organisation $12,000 for 3 minutes)
CEO vehicle cargo based on top range only:
Sale: $100,000
Cost: $20,000
High Demand Bonus: $50,000
Profit: $130,000
Also waiting for your nightclub to fill up for your sell missions.
The amount of time before you reach maximum storage was estimated by many who have done it as a total of 66.5 hours.
So if your not in the mood for waiting on that the most you can do is use afk methods while your sleeping or away at school, work what ever you got that keeps you away from your console.
There are few different methods for this one of the more common ones being wrap a rubber band or a hair tie around your movement joystick so your constantly moving around in a circle, or option B. Get a controller with a broken joystick that has a lot of constant stick drift, this will help a lot as it saves you the effort of the previous method.
Second go onto your console settings and select power and start up or what ever it says for your console, you will need to find the setting for Auto Power Down or Auto Turn off. Set the timer to ether do not automatically turn off, or set it to 6-8 hours depending on what your doing. Make sure to check on your console when ever possible as you don't want it to catch fire if your console isn't in great condition, so get a family member to check up on it or do it yourself when ever your home.
You can also use the previous methods and do other things like chill on RUclips on a different device or watch TV or something and then check on the console as well as your stock progress.
Regardless of what you choose your going to make a lot of money whether your actually playing or not.
You used to be able to sit in the exit LS Car Meet test track menu, unsure if that still works post Drug Wars

Tip for the bunker . I sell solo and max out my stock and just sell like that and pray I get the phantom wedge(18 wheeler with a ramp in front )if I get I the first try then I run the sale if I don’t then I lobby hop and try again only 3 times then if I fail I restock and try again it’s worth it lowkey

Me and my friend got back on gta and been doing hanger cargo and the missions are actually REALLY fun, a couple suck but the planes are dope and I’m getting 60,000$ a crate not 30, it’s worth it if u sick of bunker and other business

I bought the auto shop when it was on discount and got it for around 1 million, thw contracts were on 2x money so in the next few hours i made over 2.5 million from them which was a profit of 1.5 million, i have since made way more money using it
The contracts are mad fun, I’m excited when they’re going to be double money again
Auto shop has been a boon for me, im a low level player(still under 100) and i had bought it when i was 30 or smth, allowed me to unlock all of the upgrades, hate that hideous couple tho
I know this is tottally irrelevant to the video, but I just recently purchased a garage to house my memorabilia collection and drove into it one day, backwards… you can do that with some as an animation.. it’s actually super awesome and suits classic like car builds very well, it’s only a 6 car garage on 14 poplar st, but it’s hella cool and felt it should be known that these things were forgotten about unless someone else knew as well! Great video as always keep it up!

Obviously I think setting up vehicle warehouses is a chore but have to say I've never been griefed and it's an excellent thing to chain with the semi passive ceo cargo and the more active payphone hits whilst you wait on a cayo cool down or for your nightclub to stock up
its crazy cause the acid lab is almost always seen as a top 5 business but no one even realizes how good it actually is. everyone always says "it can make you like 350k in 4 hours" but this isnt entirely true. for every person in ur lobby youll get 2% more money for selling ur acid. this means if you get into a server with 30 people (29 excluding urself) then you can get an extra 58% more money from selling ur acid...i believe the max you can hold is like 335k worth of product so thats about 530k that you get in a full lobby. even if you wanna make an invite only lobby and literally just invite a couple of friends cause ur worried about people killing you in a public lobby then youll still get a decent amount more money. acid lab is somehow underrated cause of this fact even tho its always called a top 5 in most peoples opinion.

This "passive income" is a total myth since you always have to do missions for them, whether it's keeping your nightclub popular or delivering stock for your MC businesses. People telling me that the MC businesses were passive income were straight up lying.

For the acid lab, if your in a invite only or a lobby with less than 20 players, you'll only get 300k. But if your in a lobby with more than 20 players, you make 500k.

Air freight should be high on the list, u only need a good aircraft to complete the mission in arround 5 min - 10 min if u have good arsenal , so its for high level player
I don't know how you rank MC businesses and higher than dead last. Also while agree the auto shop should be ranked slightly higher than the hangar, I don't agree that the hangar is "one of the worst" businesses. It is clearly one of the very best now and you can't say that crates sell for $30k because they sell for much more than that.
I would also place the acid lab above the bunker. The acid lab is more profitable than the bunker and far superior in every other aspect. The bunker can earn more money than the acid lab but that would mean including the excess weapons sales. With the bunker you have raids, awful sale missions, visiting the bunker/arcade in person to resupply.. Acid lab definitely comes out on top.

The bunker has possibly THE absolute worst solo delivery mission. You get multiple vehicles, and each delivery point requires both of the vehicles to reach the sell point before you can proceed. Also, you have to waste a couple minutes fighting off Merryweather at each spot. 🤬
That’s not true lol, people don’t understand that if you’re trying to make money with these businesses especially by yourself, you shouldn’t fully stock them and sell, just resupply them once, sell and repeat, they’re easy
If you get multiple vehicles, it means you stock too much in your bunker. Bunker business is totally manageable. Remember, 5 supply units turn into 1 stock unit, and the sale mission always spawn only one vehicle when stock is below 25/100.
I've been doing the $75k resupply cause the source steal missions are pita. If I let that go through and use up the supplies, I don't get full stock bar but I almost always get 3 or 4 vehicles and I've gotten that double vehicle one here several times.
Once, I got 4 dune buggies and 15 minutes delivery time. I just quit that one with internet drop.
Losing internet, it still gives a penalty and you lose some product.
So I dunno how you get one vehicle with the $75k resupply.
The only way I get these multiple vehicle missions done is with the griefer mobile flying motorcycle everyone cries about.
Hate the griefers; not the tool.
Now I get griefed by holier than thou in public sessions for just trying to fly across the map on that "bike".

According to the transition rate of 5 to 1, you will get 20/100 stock. Sell the stock now. No more buy or steal supply before your sale. Because 20/100 is below 25/100, the sale mission will only spawn one vehicle. Guaranteed.
Besides, how do you use Oppressor MK2 in bunker sale mission?
@@user-ts9uk9kj3z I see what I might be doing different than what you said. I click the buy supplies and then start the sell mission. I dunno if that's enough overlap to change the math. I'll just have to make an extra trip and supply after the sale and see if that makes a difference.

Acid lab imo is best business solely for the daily production speed boost, and I always sell in full public lobbies so the payout is usually pretty nuts

Tylarious knows how to get a one sell vehicle mission and make a good cash all a solo players has to do is source 10 crates of 2 types of cargo, either Animal materials, jewellery and gemstones or arts and aniques and there's a 12% bonus for each of the ten crates its very profitable nice vid👍🤟

Edit which is just a fun fact: 5:28 some of the cars on the list are traffic cars and can be stolen to be delivered to the docks, while some of these cars are also available during some missions. Like the mission where you kill a popstar with a Vagos buccaneer/chino custom.
Edit 2: what about the Arcade? The business side of it? And i'm npt talking about the Casino heist you own the Arcade for another reason.

I want your opinion: What is the BEST method to make money?. I know that there's moments that you can spend a lot of time waiting to make some good money with some business/heists,but waiting itself is painful and not fun at all. (Including that in this patch, Cayo is nerfed a little bit R.I.P spamming Cayo :'c).

My personal opinion, I run my MC’s, Acid Lab, Bunker and obviously nightclub basement, then I’ll do my passive cargo by visiting all of my warehouses every 48 minutes, after I complete those, I’ll usually do something to earn me some faster money like security contracts and through doing those my daily agency safe take increases gradually. That’s pretty much my personal grind, sometimes I’ll throw in some headhunter and sightseer aswell
If you know how to run Cayo solo, the change on Cayo won't affect at all.

Nightclub delivery, for the exception of the cargo bob one, are super easy, specially if its the speedo with mines and remote death gun. I look for anything quick or easy as a solo player. Bunker is almost fun, except the dune buggy delivery, I hate that one. Agency is the most fun for me atm. The second most fun for me atm is the CIA missions, if only cuz I get to raid the FBI. Getting sworn in as an agent is hilarious.
I made 11 million from the vehicle cargo in a whole year and i am well over 30 to 50 million from kosatka befor the nerf

Theres so much to do, i do the auto shop missions get bored then do agency then get bored by that time a mc business finishes do that then night club and rinse repeat.
Also using other forms of transportation is so refreshing instead of constantly using the oppressor mk2.

Question about the Nightclub basement. Have you ever ran into a category not accrue if goods? And if so what did you do to fix it, if you did
Assigning a different tech to it usually fixes it
Unassign all your techs, then reassign them to different businesses. I do this after every sale as a matter of course.
Reassign technicians, make sure your business that isn’t being accrued is set up and hasn’t been raided
Oh jeez man this happened to me and all the most common stuff people suggest didn't help. In the end I found a thread online somewhere that had like a dozen different things you could try and I did all of them at once and it finally started working.
