HEY BOYS (gamers) (gaming) it is me HARMNONE (harmnone) here to play gta5 (gta 5) (gta online) I recently purchased an iPhone 13 from (mrbossftw) (he was illegally selling them :D) as I walked down MAIN STREET towards MADISON SQUARE GARDEN I stumbled across LEBRON JAMES (wow, incredible) he was in the middle of getting DUNKED ON by MICHAEL JORDAN (MJ) because even at 780 years old MICHAEL JORDAN is still a much better player than Bron (it's true) as I walked I saw a billboard featuring EST GEE & 42 DUGG (two of the greatest rappers alive) advertising their new ALBUM "LAST ONES LEFT" (they are the last ones left) on top of that I also walked past LIL BABY (the goat). As I continued I stumbled upon JOE BIDEN (wtf) (he was taking money from mrbossftw to be let off of his prison sentence) (he was convicted of being one of the worst RUclipsr's in history) after I witnessed this (which I totally didn't obviously) (pls joe don't have my family wiped). Finally I reached my final destination, JFK INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT where I then witnessed TGG (the gaming gorilla, ((famous gta 5 RUclipsr)) being detained by the TSA for suspicion of international piracy on the high seas (wow). Naturally this was alarming as I didn't believe that he was a pirate (innocent until proven guilty) I then boarded my plane and flew into EUROPE (but definitely not near UKRAINE or RUSSIA ((I DONT WANT TO GO THERE RIGHT NOW)) finally the plane landed in Somalia, where I then dismounted the plane (yes) and got into a white Toyota Hilux pickup truck (with a mounted DShK machine gun in the bed((a bit odd)) I then went to a remote village on the eastern side of the BEAUTIFUL NATION. In said village I was instructed to enter a hut made of scrap corrugated metal fence and blue tarps. Inside of the hut I found something I never expected to see. Tylarious, Broughy1322, Digital Car Addict, Saintsfan, Nitrix Warlord, TGG and... MRBOSSFTW... all sitting around a small table made of thatch and tires (wtf is going on omg) they then sat me down and handcuffed me to the small 3 legged white plastic chair (oh no)
Naturally this was a very alarming situation to be apart of, but I wasn't going to let it get the best of me. Next thing I know, DONALD (redacted monetization and legal reasoning) AND KANYE (yez) WEST enter the hut through the back piece of tarp.
MrBossFTW comes over to me while the others watch in disarray, he gets close to me and whispers in my ear "you wanna know how I got this hut?"
I replied "no not really"
He said "I've made over 7,000 clickbait videos, extended just past the 8 minutes mark, for extra ad revenue. Now that my views are dwindling and the next era of GTA RUclipsrs are being ushered in, I've felt it was time to take the reigns back into my hands"
Feeling very confused and like I was having a fever dream, just when I thought things couldn't get any stranger...
WHISTLINDIESEL RUNS THROUGH THE WALL OF CORRUGATED FENCE AND TARPS IN HIS BRAND NEW LAMBORGHINI HURACAN THAT HE recently purchased from TJ HUNT (what is going on ((I am truly alarmed)) hitting and dismembering the worst GTA 5 youtuber of all time.
Moments later we all gather ourselves and meet around what's left of the table (there is not much)
Former US President Donald (redacted for legal and monetization reasons) reaches his hand out to me and assures me that nothing like this will ever happen again (wow) and that MrBossFTW has been a wanted criminal on the CIA's MOST WANTED LIST for 10 YEARS (!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
I receive the CONGRESSIONAL MEDAL OF HONOUR for my antics (not sure what I did but ok hehe) (medal of honor go brrrrrrrrr) I then ride back to the airport with the unspoken president and we depart back to NORTH AMERICA (epic)

There is: you can access all your businesses out of the Seminole and get 3x money selling out of your Seminole (which can fly and has Amani tech and lock on & barrage missiles with a top speed of 2000000 mph and teleportation and… we’d be here all day but it’s the best vehicle in any game ever forever)
Pretty good list, I agree with most of em. Vehicle cargo is pretty good as you can easily get 150k per car minus the occasional 12k for Ghost org

In what universe is that hahaha :D It's ALWAYS 1) source car & pay damages when delivering it to your warehouse 2) then you pay 20k for customizing the car 3) you get 100k for the car on delivery MINUS the costs of not delivering it in perfect condition... so basically for 100k payout you have to subtract 20k + 2x damages, leaving you with LESS than a payphone hit that takes 5min... Sure, you can drive perfectly when sourcing the car, but delivering it without a scratch is a lot more difficult.
I'm sure you are taling about the high demand bonus in a full lobby, but let's be real: you won't be able to run this business for 3 to 4 hours like this. Not only is there always an idiot in the lobby, but it's also just straight up boring. Which hurts me to say, as a car enthousiast.
@@steal_your_soul Sorry but I don’t know how you drive? 5k for damages in total + 20k for customization. So yeah 125k per car. The missions are all pretty quick so the only problem is the sell cooldown
@@ishanballa8017 tbh I drive pretty well actually... I know the NPC moves and how the games tries to make you crash... but given that you need to do it all fast and under stress in a full lobby, it's definitely not a great business...

@@ishanballa8017what u mean $125k per car? 😂 ydk how math and profit works, the $20k you have to pay is deducted from the profits so if you sell the car for $100k, you’re really making $80k per car because you’re paying $20k for the upgrades and say you damage it about $5k, you end up only making $75k which is not worth the amount of time it takes
They should buff/rework the arcade passive income. Should make it so if you have a different arcade machine on each slot you make way more money so its actually worth buying different machines. Should make it so if you spend like 4 mil on all the different machines you make like 30k passively a day or something
I think $5K is pretty realistic but I do think it should be maybe $10K just for how much you have to spend to get an Arcade

It just feels pointless buying millions of dollars in machines for the same income and a trophy.

Clubhouse is actually one of the highest passive incomes.
20k from the bar and 50k from the bikes for a total of 70k every 48 minutes.
170k if you include ammunation and ceo deliveries. 220k with auto shop deliveries.
270k with nightclub safe, 290k with agency maxed, 295k with arcade, and 390k hourly just running non business missions.
Thats higher than cayo perico if you keep up.
Small correction, the bar only gives 5k per day, the 20k is how much a bar resupply will earn you (over 4 game days).
@chrismitchell6478 yeah, whoops true. So subtract 15 k an hour. Which is still not bad for just enjoying the game as a non boss.

@HarmNone it really is honestly. Last night alone I made 4 mil in like 5 hours between the businesses and bikes as well.
Passive incomes and biker businesses are overlooked because they seem slow. But combined they are insane.
@chrismitchell6478 don't forget you also get 10k for doing the clubhouse resupply mission, making it 30k in total ^^
I remember buying the most expensive Nightclub on Vinewood Boulevard after doing the Criminal Mastermind challenge and getting the most expensive cosmetic options for it.
I barely had any MC businesses at that time, and I didn't get any of the additional warehouse floors for it. I only got it just to have a nice place to hang out and chill.
(Now, I've gotten every warehouse and garage floor for it, as well as every Nightclub upgrade during a sale and some MC businesses so the Nightclub can make me a lot of money)
I'm a vehicle cargo tard and I'd say it's at least okay tier, especially once you've sourced all the non top tier cars. The sell missions are very easy and can usually be completed in about 3 minutes. In my experience nobody bothers you when you try to sell it in public lobbies so the high demand bonus is easy to get. Sourcing + selling can be done in about 10-15 minutes, which is not too bad for 120-130k payout. I love the driving in this game so I don't mind the source missions. Sourcing CEO crates is a pain in the ass and selling MC businesses is very tedious. IMO the lower profits are a fair trade-off for the better sourcing and selling. I just treat exporting vehicles like the payphone hits that I do once in a while. It's a pretty efficient way to actively make money and there's an ok variety to sourcing missions.

I was hoping to get a full-fledged Naval themed DLC before gta 6... Sure we got kosatka sub, and the super yacht ...
But feel there could be so much more- like owning a boat dock, or port to store all our boats.. Cargo ship or Passenger ship business, or even buying an aircraft carrier to store boats planes together, there could be business set up around it too...
It'd also be cool if we could get a Ramius sub.
I straight up lived in the 6-car condo next to the marina since the PS4 launch because I hoped I could dock my sailboat there…
What if they added some fun raid missions to the Kosatka? Like, imagine if you could deploy from the sub and raid another sub at depths or if you could raid aircraft carriers.
They could add some kind of recovery mission to that too.
Instead of just acting mostly as a gated access to the Cayo Perico heist.
i wish they would’ve added like a commercial airline type thing with the hanger, maybe kinda like the nightclub with the popularity system, you get income based on how well the business is doing, then there’s like VIP flight missions every so often for extra cash, id be down for something like that even if i have to own a luxor or something stupid
@andrewyates1986 that sounds like an awesome idea, actually. Just like how you can grab a taxi now and then drive people to destinations. Doesn't pay well, but it's kinda chill sometimes to just drive. it would be awesome to get procedural flight missions!
If you have the right vehicles, Hangar is one of if not the best. Filled 50crates of Narcotics in around 4hours, fastest source mission was 2:30min longest around 8. You gotta need a Raiju to do it this fast. To bypass the source timer for the same supply just quit into main menu once you deliver and join again, and you’ll be able to do another sourcing mission without cooldown. ONLY DO LAND SOURCING. So much easier. Also if you sell on Land it’s always just one delivery vehicle. Sold in public lobby for 3,65 Million
I would personally put the auto shop at "wicked buddy" cause I think the union depositary contract is a super underrated way to make money. it gets you 270k and I can complete it in like 20 minutes so that's 800k an hour which basically puts it on par with the Dre contract. I also like that it isn't as long of a time commitment as the Dre contract or the Cayo Perico heist. Speaking of the Cayo perico heist. I think the Kosatka is considered a business because it is a thing you can buy that lets you start a heist that earns you money, and lots of it. And that would go automatically to "based". I would also put the acid lab there. I am also tempted to put the agency to "wicked buddy" because I feel the Dre contract is not as good of a way to make money as people make it out to be but I think because it also has the security contracts/wall safe and payphone hits it can stay at "based". I pretty much agree with everything else.
whatever you say don't understand you have to keep going to contract board to get onion depository again which takes time leaving autoshop calling sassanta and repeating the process so you'll never make 800k an hour from autoshop contracts keep talking out your ass
Resets every 48 minutes tho so you would only be able to make $270k an hour
@@Qollo You don't do the UD contract then just afk for 50 before minutes before doing it again. You do something else. It's 270k per 20min and that translated to per hour is 800k. If you play GTA V for 2.5 hours and you start with UD, then do something else for 48 minutes and repeat that twice, in those 2.5 hours you have played the UD heist for about and hour and made 810k with it.
The money per hour thing is just a way to compare different money making methods and determine which are worth doing.

The Fooligan missions are terrible. I hated every minute of them and once I did the 10 required to upgrade the Acid Lab I never touched them again.
I still Like the vehicle cargo forbletting me steal and Drive Cars. Kind of the Essence of GTA. But you r right ITS really time consuming to Set it Up. And its super annoying If your tires get destroyed in the Sale Tour.

Vehicle cargo is good now. They give you a % bonus for every player in the game so you get 150k each car in full lobby

you hit the nail on the head with the autoshop. It’s an okay business, but the two people you’re stuck with are so unbelievably irritating my autoshop ended up just being abandoned because i just hate them.
MC businesses (all five) are the best businesses for me! I also like watching the staff work, it's nice

Except for your opinion regarding Cayo Perico, your tier list is spot on. I only ever use my Agency, Nightclub, and Cayo Perico heist as my sources of income nowadays. I only use my Bunker for resource upgrades, since i love blowing up and incinerating my enemies.
Yeah, me too!!! I also use these 3 businesses, including cargo warehouses, to make money quickly!!!
Now currently waiting for my bunker to complete all the research that certain vehicles and weapons require
Do you own the deluxo? If so, how great is it nowadays? Already trying my level best to get my own deluxo but still don't have it till now. But when I used to own it, I felt very unstoppable because all the freemode missions including heist preps to this deluxo wasn't that difficult but really felt the cheesecake 100% and had blasts with it doing unimaginable stunts. After I found about the hover over water secret trick, I really want it back just to trade in my really dumb mk2
@@Ariffin958 I have a Deluxo, but I don't use it very much. I find myself using the Sparrow, Mk2, and Toreador much more frequently. I only use the Deluxo on the Agency missions that have me rescuing somebody.
@@rubynall80 You might lose your mk2 when you create a new character or a new account, so just be careful because once you've sold it, you will have to face the new price that is the reason why I want to replace my mk2 with the deluxo. Even the new price of the deluxo is 5.75 million, I really want it very badly 100%. It was such a horrible experience after selling my deluxo and felt that all the other vehicles could only just stare at aggressive npcs that even the mk2 can't beat or catch. So now you know which vehicle is the king of freemode, just do not tell anyone
All these businesses type things and such needs to be in story mode of GTA 6. It was annoying that the most money you can make in gta 5 sorry mode was through manipulating the stock market
As a new player who used both yours and other guides, the metric they all missed - 'Fun'.
I've actively come to hate the MC business. I hate that on one supply bar I get two vehicles, like the slow planes just driving point to point slowly with no challenge, and then there's the post op van...
...all this for chump change. If it were possible to solo these reliably on a full stock it might be worth it and including that in a future guide / tier list would be awesome! Otherwise I regret upgrading these and if I did it again, I wouldn't bother and just use them for the amazing nightclub, steal the daily stock and just sell to dealers.
Also, I've been raided back to back on one supply bar for MC business multiple times after forgetting to retire. This business is just such a boring chore.
The acid lab I love, the sell mission is fun and pays a ton just to unlock. The Bunker is also fun imo, I switched to farmhouse though and I enjoy the drive. Love the agency - location for Seoul, Dr mission is alright though a little lengthy with unskippable cutscenes (yawn), payphone hits are great too. Contracts I find a bit annoying with enemies spawning on the boat mission and rescue contracts spawning in really annoying places to pick up. Takes ages to level for passive income too. But has the best weapons bench in the game plus free snacks and is my go to for resupplying. Imani tech might be one of my favourite things in the game with RC cars which have been super entertaining.
I did do the cargo last week but found it pretty boring manually sourcing. I will do what you did and just pay the tech I think and see how that does.
The arcade is also super fun for messing with griefers, like the three I had waiting for me outside my building the other day. Solo I wouldn't use it for money but the drones make it an entertainment buy once set up.
But my absolute fav is the nightclub. Easy 250k passive and easy sell missions in a fast vehicle, in-between kosatka.
Wish R* would overhaul some of these businesses properly, it's not like GTA6 is coming out any time soon and this game has a ton of players still!

To avoid raids on ceo special cargo do it on a 2nd character as you share the same main bank (currently)

@@HarmNoneyou can either time the 48 minutes it takes the staff on the second account to retrieve the creates whilst you play on your main either with a watch (keeping things simple)
Or after you switch back from your 2nd account, send out 1 warehouse staff for creates on your main and when they return you know the ones on the 2nd account have also returned as you sent them out before the main account.
just make sure to use the one staff member on the main with the lowest level of stock that way you gain loads on your 2nd account with lowering the chance you'll build up stock and get raided, whilst still making a little extra on the main when the next bonus week appears for creates

Arcade at piss tier surprised me. I really like it and even he mentioned a lot of positives with it such as the diamond casino heist and master control terminal but he still put it at piss without an explanation. Yes you don’t make a lot of money with it passively but the fact that you can earn about a million dollars in like 1,5 hours and have a computer that you can control all your other businesses with is insane. Def wicked budd or better😤😤😤

3;55 I only sell Weed, Meth and Coke to the dealers so the amount of vehicles that I get is now redundant. As for Cash and documents, if they get resupplied through the stash house raids, then I sell the stock when I am near the business. 100% profit

I bought a agency and yea its very VERY good for money if your going solo, in terms of just earning anything longterm heists are the way to go, but if you need ways to earn lots of money at a pretty decent pay rate for just a starting buisness, I recommend a agency as one of them

The Acid lab is one of my favorite business. It makes u so much money if u have the 250000$ upgrade.

@@KeepingIt-vi9xv On average the sell missions for it take like 5 - 10 minutes to do (vs the 15 - 30 minutes for MC), they are always single vehicle missions and there's 0 chance of it getting raided. Best of all there's no Post Op van, it's always a nice quick dirt bike.
@KeepingIt-vi9xv True but when u campare it to other businesses, it's actually very good. You can make up to 350k in the Acid lab with a couple resupply mission that are fairly easy if u have an attack helicopter. If u spend 1h a day getting the bar full, that's 700k in 2 days! 🙂
@@KeepingIt-vi9xvmake sure you sell in public lobby and grab an extra 200k. I've never been attacked once just activate ghost org after 2 minutes and get the biggest chunk of the delivery done off radar.
@@Grub_hub yeah see 700k in 2 days is worthless I make 3-5m a day minimum doing casino, then cayo, then selling either my bunker, cargo, or mc stuff daily. Or doing Dre contract as well I literally pop to the acid lab n do it quick if I’m passing by that’s all and ill only do it if the 350 takes my balance to the next mill, otherwise I don’t bother

Personally i would swap the hanger and bunker places. The hanger land missions can be done solo. And the land same missions can be done solo. While the bunker is passive, with a full bunker you do get (possibly) 4 vehicles to sell within 15 mins. Which sucks as solo player

Any form of passive income is good. You get 50 with the club and 5 with the arcade that's 55 right that I'll take that

I’ve done allot of meth , coke and cash sells solo and I just make the delivery in the first vehicle then calll merry weather for a helicopter pick up and shoot the pilot and fly it back for the next vehicle and just keep going that way. When I have friends on of course I use them to help but it’s not always an option

All the MC businesses suck for one reason: raids. Especially bugged raids. If it wasn't for those stupid raids we *might* tolerate the awful sale missions, but putting together the overall bad profit, the raids and the missions, they mostly suck.

Once you've got good rifles and shotguns and all those weapons, the Agency is going to be the fastest money maker in the game. Tip: If you are focusing on security contracts, do only the SPECIALIST AND SPECIALIST + DIFFICULTY. DO NOT DO PROFESSIONAL DIFFICULTY!!!!😄😄 Another tip: Switch back and forth between security contracts and the Dr Dre Vip Contract to skip the 5 minute cooldown on the security contract, then do some last minute tiny grinding of 5 to 10 mins on the payphone hits (to unlock, complete the golf course and the fib setup missions) by calling Franklin. Even if you are a low-level player like lets say level 30 and above, you should be able to complete security contracts very easily.
Great fun, although you should add an april fools disclaimer for ppl watching this months down the line.

Night club should be main priority, i only actually play about an hour or 2 per day, but i afk on the nightclub security cameras all day and night, whenever i come back i can do a huge nightclub sale,rinse and repeat

@@Luna-mo4bp if u have no money, do the casino winning glitch. Basically you get the Casino Penthouse and make sure u have the 3 card poker table in ur apartment and bet 50K everytime. When u win, get off the table, change your outfit, and make sure u see the spinning circle in the bottom right corner of ur screen to be sure that the game saved. Do that every single time that you win. When you lose, quickly close the game and restart. I make about 1.5 million to 2 million per hour doing that sometimes
KDJ and Sessanta aren’t the most annoying NPCs in the game. LJT is infinitely more annoying.
Also you didn’t mention the auto shop glitch, when customising a car for a customer. When you come to the sell screen, if you press x/a to select to deliver yourself then press up on the d pad and press x/a again the game will also think you told your assistant to deliver it. This more than doubles your money

I do this every time. It's worth it to deliver them when you get a freebie. Never hear anyone mention this anymore. Probably a good thing though so it doesn't get patched lol

If you didn't know, you can buy up to 5 special cargo crate warehouses, so just get 4 small crate warehouses and 1 large crate warehouse.
Tip: For the bunker, just resupply once to get 1 sale vehicle each time you want to sell your product

If you know how to use the vehicle cargo you can export and import vehicles with almost no extra cost in private lobbies with friends and earn a 100k if u do it alone up to 400k with 4 friends in a short time idk whats so bad about it and its actually fun to do

I have a question about the nightclub's basement. Does the size of the special cargo warehouse affect the time that the technician needs to fill the stock at the nightclub's basement?
For me, nightclub it's just mid tier, it takes soooooo long to completely fill up, the only way I make money from it, it's thanks to the safe. And the best business for me it's CEO crates warehouse, as I managed to get almost 100M from that business by only doing like 3 sales, while I've only been able to get like 10M from nightclub warehouse. All of this in the same period of time. But from the safe of the nightclub I managed to get like 30M
The reason it's good isn't because it gets you a lot of money fast, the reason its good is because you literally don't have to do anything to keep it running unlike the other passive businesses where you have to be constantly fill the supplies and sell frequently.
