This guy gave me confidence to straighten my PC pins i didn't use any magnifying glass. I did it using a needle now my PC working again properly, but you need very patient hand otherwise pins 📍 can be broken.
Fun fact: I found it's much easier usind that fine tip tweezers which i bought just for this work, to grasp the HEAD on each pin with your tweezers carefully (that shiny ball at tip of each pin) by which you can then pull it in the right direction to re-orient the bent pin! Faster too!
You installed the memory boards in B1 and B2 that configuration does not provide for dual channel memory. Insert one memory card in A2 and the other in B2 and see whether motherboard boots and BIOS shows dual channel memory.
If you had bent pins and fixed it, but one of your RAM channels still isn't working, you might still have pins, that do not contact properly. Check them again and perhaps try to clean the pins or your CPU. A little bit of skin oil could be ruining the contact. And one missing signal can can take a whole RAM channel down.
Hi, I used a Andonstar AD407 HDMI Digital-Mikroskop for recording the the Macro shots and recorded directly to an SD-Card. But connecting an HDMI-Grabber directly to the HDMI-Outout would be an option too.

I am very glad to her, that you could fix your own mainboard. Thumbs up!
The more I watch these videos the more I think I could attempt this on my own. There are many good aftermarket motherboard deals with bent pins.

Very cool video. I love your microscope
Great job! I noticed a small thing at 11:21, but it didn’t affect the outcome.

My butt puckered every time you bent a pin
6:54 - The pins on the inner part are all the same in that area: "vcccore".
They seem to be not that relevant.
Thats true, but if I can fix them i will try 😀
And btw. there is now a i7-13700k calculating on that mainboard and it needs a lot of vcccore 😉
What?, does the socket even replace? (Mine Asus prime, LGA1700)
I did this after watching it, but tye reflection is different than others but the pin tip or top is looking same as all,
What magnifying lens you used?

"It's crying" 🤣
can i use my phone camera and tweezers?
I don't know if it will work, but you could try it.
What tweezers did yo use?
I am using the set BES5-050 from Bernstein, but there are much cheaper and still good tweezer sets.
