    So here’s a summary:
    1.) Works best on certain skin & hair types. (Works best on darker, thicker hair & lighter skin)
    2.) Often requires multiples treatments. (General = 5 treatments separated by about 5 weeks)
    3.) Laser type matters (eg. different lasers can be used for different skin types)
    4.) It’s permanent...usually (on the face for women it generally isn’t permanent)
    5.) Cost varies (not covered by insurance and like depends on the area of hair you are removing & how many treatments get recommended to you)

      I paid for 6 sessions, then hair just kept coming back and they told me I would need to go monthly then every 2 or 3 months anyway I didn't go again because it was kind of a rip-off they didn't told me that information when I started the treatment, consider this as life long treatment. The hair grew back like before treatment 😐 like it never happened, waste of hard earned money

      I have PCOS with very coarse black hair and very fair skin. Laser worked for me! If I had known how successful it would be, I would have it done it 20 years ago. I saw results after about 5 sessions, but I continued on for another 10 sessions because my hair is very stubborn. I've seen at least 85% hair growth reduction. Not only is most of the hair gone, but my skin has finally healed from not having all those coarse hairs pulling up at the epidermis, so now the skin is smooth the way it should be. I say go for it!! My treatments were $75 a session and those rates are typical for Southern California. I went to a Med spa for my treatments and they were done by a nurse.

    Laser Target's pigment instead of the real root: the dermal papilla.
    What they need to do if they want to keep using laser which to me is a waste of time is use the photodynamic therapy technique by utilizing a photosensitive agent (like: methane blue that's already been studied in human trials and was successful but for some reason disappeared back in 2012) that is delivered by nanoparticles or liposomal technology which already exists and is being used for cosmetology uses most notably acne.
    Why don't they make a nanoparticle delivery (cause they already use nano delivery technology) for hair removal/inhibitor agents like: nut grass oil, licorice oil, or citrus acid.

      Hello Kailey for Really Permanent and if its not This much because its Pricy . Search a One who do : Electrolysis in your near. Maybe you need for Mustace /upperlift 3 Hours each Sessions it will cost for sure arrund 240-280 Dollar . But dont go every 2-4 Weeks to it. Within your Hairs are Really you need go for like 1 Year (minimum). But do it like go 1 time let it remove it. Go next time 10 Weeks Later for second one. For 3rd one 10 weeks later for 4th one 10 week later and 5 th one 10 week later and 6 th one same. Than are kinda your hairs gone Forever. Laser is j ust for a While, not permanent. Laser is just like you make your 4-12 sometimes 16 sessions And than you have contineu it every Year 1-2 times. But by grey hairs /red hairs/white hairs laser dont work.

    • @privatepracticesolutions4631
      @privatepracticesolutions4631 2 месяца назад

      Laser hair removal is not entirely permanent, but it offers significant long-term hair reduction. The procedure targets hair follicles with concentrated light, damaging them to inhibit future growth. While multiple sessions are typically needed to achieve optimal results, most individuals experience a substantial reduction in hair growth, with any regrowth being finer and lighter. Factors such as skin and hair color, hormonal changes, and the specific laser technology used can influence the effectiveness and longevity of the results. Although referred to as "permanent hair reduction," occasional maintenance treatments may be necessary to sustain the reduced hair growth, as complete and permanent removal is not guaranteed for everyone.

      The lasers know where the hair follicle is by the difference in colour from the skin. So it’s easier for a dark haired paler skin to get this done.

      1 Corinthians 15:1-4
      KJV Bible
      [1] Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand;
      [2] By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain.
      [3] For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;
      [4] And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:
      Ephesians 2:8-9
      KJV Bible
      [8] For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
      [9] Not of works, lest any man should boast.
      Romans 10:9-13
      KJV Bible
      [9] That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
      [10] For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
      [11] For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.
      [12] For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him.
      [13] For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
