Oh! Those look delicious! I have everything but the (plain)Potato Pete for Pete’s sake- I’ve got a bit of garlic mash but that won’t do😂 So glad to see that you’re feeling much better🌸 I’m filing this away in my recipe box for later ~ Thank you Jude!
I’ve often wondered what that hand mixing tool was used for. I’ve seen them in boxes at the auction so often and thought it might be a whisk! It’s looks great for that early stage if ‘bringing together’. I do miss your tutorials and was hoping to get back out to meet up with old friends this year but sadly it’s just not happened.
Missed you Tracey. It's been such a long time since I've seen you. Hope all are well and look forward to seeing you when you can get back out. Ps, the pastry blender is brilliant, especially for Mrs Hot Hands me!
In my experience they're called pastry cutters and are used for cutting the fat into the flour at the very beginning. I use them quite a bit. Of course Jude uses the term pastry cutter for the shape cutter and blender for what I call the cutter, lol! :)

Garlic mash would certainly give them a different twist.
When you have plain Potato Pete i hope you enjoy them.
Great recipe! So glad to see you're feeling better :-)

Utility Jude's Warti LOUIS SHIRLEY
Lovely to see you back. I'll definitely try these.
Thanks again Jude. I tried it and it came out quite nice. As Maureen Williams said very helpful with the increased cost of ingredients.
I really do hope you are feeling a bit better, Jude! I have to say, you're looking and sounding SO much better! ❤❤🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧❤❤
Thank you Gaggy. yes, when I compared the last two videos I did notice the difference.
So nice to see you back Jude. I do hope you are fully recovered.
Very useful recipe as usual.
Thank you.
Mmmmmmm, can't wait to try them! Have a blessed day!
They were gone in a day and a half!
They look delicious Jude and easy enough to make by the looks of things. Hope you are fully recovered 😉
Thanks.

Thanks Jude, very timely for this recipe as butter and lots of other prices of food have increased so much here in Australia🧈
