I accept that we are little distracted or you can say fully distracted but you can’t say that we don’t try. Yaa we don’t know what to do in life but we haven’t stopped seeking our purpose and what we want in life. We are the courageous people and we have the ability to achieve excellence in our field. We will succeed in whatever field we want. Yeah I feel anxiety, loneliness that’s all because everyone is feeling this way right now because we are constantly making decisions, we have endless no of options available and we have to choose one to proceed and sometimes we face set backs and we come back to choose a new one and proceeds and sometimes we again face set backs but we don’t stop. We again come back and work hard again to proceed. We have the will to change. I feel very lucky to be born in this generation and other generation were also good but they all had their own kind of problems and as they didn’t look back and moved forward, we will also. I will achieve my target, i will contribute good to the society and I have faith in this affirmations of mine. I will succeed. We are courageous, we are resilient. Be proud to be a Genz. Dream big and work hard. 👍
Also during previous generations there were no survey available so yeah I think genz are figuring out themselves

I'm from Gen z.
I have asked many people from my gen and most of our Gen suffer from mental health and Gen Z wants someone who can hear them and people judge us bcs of the trend in our Gen and also think that we are not and we will not be able to do anything like their generations and that thought makes us more anxious and we loose hope in own self
I know we got everything with ease but the safe space of conveying our point and human interaction are sacring us bcs of the judgements.
Hope, we all can create a comfortable and safe space together between two different generations.
I've seen many parents scold their children about using the phone but they do the same in front of their children.
Why can't they also play and give time to their children so they can be comfortable with their own parents and can have a safe space in their mind and can share anything with them!!
It's not only one generation's fault but many factors have created this scenario of our Gen.
Stay strong and do some exercise my gen Z.
Let's heal together and not give up easily.😊

But I have said that most of the people from our Gen.😊
@@Rjptsrt But you know there is one more thing about Gen Z which can help our Gen.
Millennials used to work so hard and they have seen struggles.
But they have prioritised others than themselves, they are so good at adjusting and looking after everyone in their life.
But Gen Z people have also given importance to themselves.
Self love is also there in Gen Z which should be encouraged.
This us the most prominent problem of Gen Z . Put blame of your own shortcomings on others especially parents , never take responsibility. The era in which your parents grew up was worse in terms of judgement, replying back to your parents or teachers had only one outcome brutal thrashing but still the did well because instead of blaming society, parents , teachers or others they took responsibility and never allowed anything to bog them down

I have mentioned that millennials and Gen X have seen more struggles than us and they got the best after their hard work.
We got ease bcs of their struggles but still the mental trap is still there and other gen think that we will not be able to do like they did.

Information overload to hay hei ushi key sath lack of focus deadly combination. iska solution vi mughe pata hei, just har samye aware reh kar and har ek situation ko samgh kar agar log action leta hei to unkhi 80% problem to bohi khatam ho jai. Uske sath har ek chiz ko apne upar na le to jayada behtar hei humara life pura humare hato mei hei to kuy kisi ki bato se khud ka mood kharap kadna. And agara itna dur pur liya hei to, KEEP DOING IT.

But gen z ko aise banne mein kaafi had tak millenia gen bhi ka support hai. Maine bht society mein dekha hai parents apne bachon ko phone ya tech de dete hai bht chote age(3-4 yrs old) mein. Aaj kal parents itne busy ho gye hain ki child ko time tak nhi dete, dete hai toh gyaan nhi dete. This is the main and biggest problem which is pushing gen z towards this way.
