I been weight training for 30 years and had to design my own diet & exercise program because of pancreatic cancer four years ago. Total fine tuning of health regime compatible to my condition helped; but really I had divine support all the way through. Then last year a tumour on my liver; it had shrunk by the time I had surgery (they were so sad) due to the diet and fasting practise I know helped ground me as well as gratitude to the divine.
