That specific corner of that room overlaps with the next level, so once he stops using the wait command, it loads him into the next level after the wall. Outside of the scripted runs, runners just jump over the wall instead. You don't need tripmines for it.

I switched to scriptless to just improve my time, but I started improving from 29 to low 27 in no time. Mostly it was mental block that kept me away from the 26; To switch to scriptless from scripted isn't simple, you basically have to get used to a lot of different timings and a different route; The run is very optimized at this point. Kana and Muty are on another level they're more experienced in this category; I'm really happy with my progress so far If I manage to get more consistent I'll try to get close to world record.

Scripted category is the opposite, we use scripts as long as they are allowed by the rules, like for example auto bhop, object boost scripts, change level delays, jumpbug scripts and so on. We call "scripts", console commands put together into a single bind where in Scriptless you would be required to have binds that can do only one action per key. (WON is basically the old Steam before it was called Steam - around year 2005)
Even though you're wrong, that run is super inspirational by showing us what the optimal time could be. It gets me super excited for sub-25, sub-24, sub-23 WRs ahead!! 🤩

Its called a change level delay (CLD) basically the 2 maps overlap there, so we delay the map transition and end up at the end of the next chapter/map
