เปิดวิดีโอทิ้งไว้ แล้วจัดตู้เสื้อผ้าไปพร้อมกัน...
ระหว่างนี้จะเปิดเพลงหรือ podcast ที่ชอบฟังคลอไปด้วยก็ได้
แล้วในเวลา 15 นาทีนี้ ทุกครั้งที่หันมา ก็จะเห็นว่าเรายังซักผ้า ตากผ้า เก็บผ้า พับผ้า เป็นเพื่อนกันอยู่ค่ะ
This is me doing two loads of laundry. It might not look like a lot, cuz it's just me and my husband in the house. But when task paralysis hits, I can just lie down in front of the washing machine forever LOL
So let's do the laudry together, shall we?
(I'm experimenting with filming body doubling video's to help motivate myself and other people (with mental health issues) to get up and do stuff and/or get things done.)
