I didn't even know Paul passed until seeing your video. I just started crying on a Saturday morning. I loved Paul and I'd watched almost since he started. He was only 3 years older than I am. R.I.P. Paul, you will be missed by millions
u got an instant like on the video, just because of the title, I use to bing watch mitten squad while playing fallout myself, and now that he is gone, it feels empty, hopefully he is in a good place now
Honestly, I love seeing these tributes to Paul, including this one, but I’d be lying if I said I didn’t cringe just a little when I saw one of the requirements for the run was “Always be drunk”. As someone who struggled with alcoholism in my earlier life, I initially thought it was a touch insensitive (but I was most certainly projecting my own feelings), and then again, it was a part of him and his personality, and I’m not sure it would’ve been the same without that requirement. Either way, I enjoyed the video, only just found your channel from this video, and you’ve got yourself a new subscriber.
It's sad that Paul is no longer with us, he was so young. Your video is a beautiful tribute to him. I hope you don't put too much pressure on yourself to produce more content, divide your work in a way that makes you happy. I'm looking forward to your next videos, keep it up and don't stress yourself out.
Thank you. I hope this video can reach the people who need to hear it. Not for me or my channel, but so that they can know that there is a way out of the struggles they are going through. You have made a special list and I appreciate every time you watch
Im an alcoholic. I remember my worst night was the one right before i sobered up for good. The parts i can remember i was hunkered down playing video games and listening to mitten squad. I loved his videos, his attitude, and creativity. Im very thankful to have found his videos, i felt seen by him, like i wasn't alone.
That ending though... Really caught me off-guard, well done! We all miss Paul, even if we didn't really know him, and it was great to see this tribute to him.
I enjoy your content and respect that you aren't monetizing this video and instead encouraging charity it's awesome to listen to small creators like you
Dude when I say no words can describe how baffled I am I had to find out like this, rip Paul, I found his content shortly after my first gf and I broke up and he kept me occupied with his jokes and dark humor, sad to see him gone at 27, you will be missed brother
Havent watched mittensquad videos that much before and hes definitely not my favorite youtuber but he was funny and he made good content. Rip paul you died too soon 🕊
Thank you for the high praises, but you give me too much credit. I really hope I'm not. Big shoes to fill for sure. If you want better quality content from people who actually know how to balance audio levels in videos, I would recommend checking out Nerbit or itsjabo. High quality content, and a more frequent upload schedule than myself.
I appreciate that. I'm just a lil guy doing his thing. If Nerbit finds this video, I hope he enjoys the tribute. I don't want to ping him about this stuff. Especially if they were that close
There's 2 types of tribute videos, those who seek to profit and those like you who seek only to remember what was lost and attempt to bring at least a small amount of that joy lost back, you are as good a man as mitten squad was. O7
Nicely done. A fitting tribute indeed. Also, can I just point out that... after eight days and 2.8k views, only 249 +Likes is really kind of appalling...? C'mon, y'all. I'm the guy that usually forgets that button's even there, and speaking as me -- have a heart, yo. Click the dang button. Even if you didn't like it -- lie. Mitten Squad was kick---.
I'm not worried about it. I appreciate the support, but I never worry about metrics like that. I do RUclips as a fun hobby of me just faffing about. If people want to like things, they can. They never have to. Thank you for saying that, but if you ever catch my content in the future, never feel like you have to like or comment or anything like that. Your eyes and ears is all I need to feel satisfied. Have a wonderful day
@@RiverPebbles Thank you for the kind words. I'm struggling, too, but my problem is different -- I have a health condition that I can't get treated, because, believe it or not, all of the medical professionals in my area are unwilling to actually do their job. I can get lies, platitudes, false hope and bravado aplenty -- but I cannot get a single doctor that's willing to actually, you know, _doctor_ and I don't know what to do.

This is where the real game begins.

He meant so much to so many. Providing joy to us while fighting his own demons. He better be sitting among the greats

I guessed that he would do this when seeing the title, but after I seeing the heartfelt beginning I was surprised when he went through with it.
Frankly, although I'm sure this video was made in good faith, that really turned me off to the video immediately and I found it in pretty poor taste.
It's sad that Paul is no longer with us, he was so young.

My drinking got really out of control over last year. I saw Paul had passed away in December and I’m over two months sober now
👍 Well done. Keep it up!
I miss Paul so much :,(
He was my favorite youtuber before he passed and I still watch his videos

Thank you for the message you deliver with this video.
i will miss this guy.. really.. hope he finids Peace in the Wastelands of Eternety!
If he acts like I think he will, he's going to be doing his best to speedrun through all of the possible dialogue trees in Eternity
This video was truly beautiful. I can imagine the mittens squad community appreciates such an amazing tribute for such an amazing man. Thank you!
You are welcome my friend. I did my best to send him off the only way I knew how. I'm glad it was taken well
I started watching him in quarantine and he made it go by so much faster, im glad i found this video
RIP Paul

I beat fallout 4 as a synth because of him. Fly high, paul.
for anyone that is curious, no he didn't monetize the video. I see the monetization status w/ a chrome extension
I enjoy your content and respect that you aren't monetizing this video and instead encouraging charity it's awesome to listen to small creators like you
Paul would have wanted this
I never found out why he hated Grandma Sparkle……
She crashed his game everytime he got near or tried to go in her shack. Eventually it became a running gag.
rip paul
i plan to do my own mittensquad run, i will consume a handle of vodka every time i start playing.
he was a true legend
What?!

Drink some hot chocolate made with old chicken broth. That's a true mitten move 😂 Mitten was the GOAT
Havent watched mittensquad videos that much before and hes definitely not my favorite youtuber but he was funny and he made good content. Rip paul you died too soon 🕊
Sending Dogmeat home reminded of Paul’s dead dog
I miss Paul. RiP Mitten Squad.
is this the new mitten squad

Paul from mitten squad would've thought the being drunk the whole time rule was hilarious
yo hit nerbit, they were close from what i hear. i'm sure he'd be hype about honoring a fallen homie
I appreciate that. I'm just a lil guy doing his thing. If Nerbit finds this video, I hope he enjoys the tribute. I don't want to ping him about this stuff. Especially if they were that close

You still have time to change.

Wait mitten squad died? Wtf how?
In a word, alcoholism. In a few more, health issues because of excessive drinking
