Ricardo Montes I have done a bit of welding with it and have been pleased so far, mainly just steel. "The Fabrication Series" did a full video of it and Justin is a WAY better welder than I am. We also have a FB group you can look up over 100 members many can attest to its capabilities.
The Fabrication Series review of this machine. This machine has all the features that anybody would want on their machine. I just bought mine and should have it by Friday, sold my old Miller Diversion 165 to upgrade to this tig welder.
Thanks for your first thoughts. I am deciding between this and the AHP tig 201dx. The manuals show the AHP to be just a little bit more powerful but if I read the manual right they, (AHP), only provide shipping for the first month after the sale. That is a deal changer for me, even at a lesser cost. Please keep us informed on your thoughts.

I have this machine and it works great I upgrade from a Miller 165 tig less money and more bang for the buck and I also bought the 50 amp plasma cutter.
I have converted the Vulcan pedal to my Primeweld 225x. You just have to trace the wires on both pedals and solder them on to your new connector. Its about a 30 minute job. Or you can just cut and splice the wires.

Yes, you can set up it to scratch tig, But why would you want to? because it comes with a foot pedal.
