Thanks for sharing. I feel like the thing that everyone messes up on with these diy flake busters is leaving the tube long enough to suck up flake...I think that's why everyone I see they blast it on while dusting it on. If you look at the actual flake busters they work simply on the air drawing the flakes out of the jars and not actually sucking the flakes up. If that tube touches the pile of flakes in the bottom while spraying it's gonna swallow a shit ton and blast it right out like I see on your panel. Idk maybe I'm wrong but I'll be trying this and I'm gonna cut the tub down so it's flush to the bottom of the lid

Hello loove your invention lol, i was looking through videos cause i need something like this to apply bigger size glitter flakes to substrates such as piñatas,...lol,.. the glitter cannot be mixed with any fluid cause it needs to be dry,....ofcourse the glue is applide separate and before with a brush....but applying the bigger glitter flakes is where I am braking my head as to with what or what is the best method....if i do all you did to costumize it will i still be able to apply it just fine and to adjust it for finer flake?.....have you tried to apply glitter with your invention?...that is my question. Thank you.

Lol you and me both lol i went HF and bauoght the little ted and black sand blaster has a lever on the left side to sorta sdjust the air hopper is good size and it breaks apart to clean it flake ger stuck in behind the screw in tip. So its nice to be able to clean it i did no mods to it used it steaight out of the box dont rember what it cost i thibk it was ubdet 20 bucks.works vary good for dry flakin

a regulator with a upol spray gun is what im going to try, the upol just needs the tube cut down like you did. $21 for the upol.

Thanks for your first thoughts. I am deciding between this and the AHP tig 201dx. The manuals show the AHP to be just a little bit more powerful but if I read the manual right they, (AHP), only provide shipping for the first month after the sale. That is a deal changer for me, even at a lesser cost. Please keep us informed on your thoughts.

What is the overall performance of the machine (particularly TIG)? Does it weld as good as it looks? What is your expectation on the cleaning action (AC Balance)? Do you recommend buying the machine? What are the pros and cons? Like the rest of the audience we would like to listen to your comments regarding the works of the welder, they are greatly appreciated. The Fabrication Series review of this machine. This machine has all the features that anybody would want on their machine. I just bought mine and should have it by Friday, sold my old Miller Diversion 165 to upgrade to this tig welder.

Please upload a video of how it welds, also can you set it up to scratch tig?
