Trieste Introduces Disability Manager to Enhance Workplace Inclusion

In a significant move towards workplace inclusivity, the Municipality of Trieste has introduced the role of a “Disability Manager” to coordinate and enhance policies for integrating employees with disabilities and those requiring job reassignment. The initiative, among the first of its kind in the Friuli Venezia Giulia region, was unveiled during a press conference held on February 7 at City Hall.
