Go actually move there, you'll be back in 1 year and you will see that many countries in Europe are in fact 1st world including Italy. But the moment you stop blaming your country and start doing something with your life to upgrade your salary, earn more and have a better living standard you will understand that Europe is the best place to live. And I'm not saying you need to be extremely rich, all you need to do is build cashflow of 3000-4000 Euro per month (net) and you'll already massively improve your life in every way, no need to be greedy and no need to settle for too litte (700-1000 euro).
