How can a panel Doctor for Lackawanna insurance company, Dr.Mehallo order a mri then he writes a full work duty and puts me on meds they say dont drive.the mri he ordered was looked at 2 weeks later ,so how can a doctor do this!!!!!
can a workers comp doctor change his pd rating given on a depo, then change his rating on his final report? surgery was addressed for cervical fusion for compressed cord @C-5,C-6--surgery on lower back @ L-4,L-5 in all reports-now in his final report he don't address the surguries & give me a 5% rating when all his reports says 45%. i think the doctor has been compromised by the workers comp defense--also the doctor lied under oath-what can i do to bring this to light--qme maybe?? Reply requsted asap.
