- SUBSPACE is a collection of 50 cinematic ambient patches for the Arturia Minifreak. Of course these sound works on both the hardware Minifreak and its software version.
Like all my sound packs, SUBSPACE is a collection of sounds that were created in a musical context for my own tracks. So the main focus is again on drones, pads, arps and lively pluck sounds in various forms. These sounds are suitable for a variety of genres ... but of course (like all my sound packs) perfectly suitable for ambient, psybient, downbeat, soundtracks and chillout music.

WOW - I havent even made it past the first patch/arp! Im sitting on my porch outside tweaking the arp on the minfreak V while improving on the Arturia minibrute V. Composing gloriously ambient dream synth has never been easier - born again preset user! Thanks :). These patches are so easy to modify subtly in the modulation matrix as well so they can be slightly tailored to one's own sound - a huge plus!

I get what you are saying! But the trick and challenge to using the presets is to make them your own - use them in a different context - craft your own unique vibe :)

I have both and never regretted it. Perfect combo.
Of course it's not my intention to advertise the minifreak with the sounds... but you won't get more synth for the money. It's definitely a wonderful instrument. 😉
@@substan_music Currently the Digitone is still on top of my wishlist and would make a good pair with my Syntakt, but the Minifreak is a close second.

Amazing.. this is not lilke classic preset pack with sounds to use on own music, this is more like complete full album of your music :)) Every preset is like ambient track on it's own, when i buy MiniFreak (just matter of time) i buy this in second just to listen to them all the time :-)

That can be answered in the affirmative... software and hardware sound almost identical. Which probably has something to do with the fact that a large part of the synth is digital and the analog filter has very little of its own character (the Minifreak's biggest weak point for me and many other users).
Won't work on the microfreak?
