ASKING THE POLICE questions about the Graffiti Towers in DTLA - "It was a scam"

Recently the cops have been posted around the towers to secure it from people jumping the fence. The news has been saying the city is paying for it, so we wanted to see for ourselves what the truth was and what the cops knew about the situation.
The Oceanwide Plaza has been a big story for the past month. The 3 skyscrapers were tagged with graffiti on all 27 floors of 3 different buildings, after the billionaire investors went bankrupt and left the building abandoned for the last 5 years.

City Officers are providing around the clock private security for a Chinese billionaires abandoned lot.
There are already laws and regulations in place that require the billionaires who are building this infrastructure to secure it themselves.
So now the LAPD gets to sit multiple cars around an empty building and ignore doing actual work when the city is falling apart.
You don’t see the flaws in that situation?
