Jayce and the Wheeled Warriors later re-aired in syndicated repeats in the early 90's, on ABC 23 (WAKC 23) in the Akron/Cleveland, Ohio area, from the fall of 1992 to the fall of 1993. (AFAIK, they were the only station was WAKC 23 (an ABC affiliiate) in Akron/Cleveland, Ohio, I didn't know until now playing Jayce and the Wheeled Warriors repeats at that late date; how or why they decided to run it, I don't know why). It was the only station that aired the show rerunning in local syndication that late in the early 1990's.

No. That voice belongs to Ernie Anderson, the late, legendary voiceover narrator of the ABC network and announcer of America's Funniest Home Videos among ABC promos and others from the 70s to the 90s.
