I was watching this at 1am and went to my kitchen to get a snack. I had to close the curtains in my kitchen cuz I had my headphones on while in the kitchen. Bit of a late suggestion, but I definitely recommend adding the Soundscapes+ add-on if (assuming it isn't a Bedrock exclusive) you haven't already added it. It adds a lot of depth to Minecraft's ambience. It adds new sounds like crickets during night and I think changes the sounds of some blocks.
