Ok so with the monster climbing around 29:17, you can counter it by putting slabs one block outwards near the top of the pillars for the watchtower so they cannot pass the slabs if climbing up

You should replace the spruce doors with iron doors, put a lever on the outside and a pressure plate on the inside. That way any monsters can’t get in your house
You should update your fence! Instead of just cobble stone you could use logs going up diagonally at an extreme height with fence posts on the very top!!
I feel like most of the time when I am playing minecraft horror mods its the wait until the mob spawning part that is horrifying cuz you don't know when its coming but the actual mob isn't really that scary.
I have some small advice for you that I have recently gottem from a friend myself. When you mine a large spruce tree, mine it into a staircase, and when you reach the top of the tree just walk down a couple of blocks and then mine them. And please for the love of god make some iron doors. If you read this have a nice whatever time of the day it is.
You left multiple spaces for them to climb over into, mainly those mossy cobblestone blocks behind your house and the dirt mound the malevolent sheep used to climb over into your safe area. Also, walls or fences by blocks should be be built up two blocks over the block by or behind it, so it doesn't create a slab-type block for them climb over the wall with.
I recommend to try to make a tree house since some mobs can't climb and probably make one is the caves made out of stone with a iron door with a button since they can open doors but not press buttons:)
Swayle you should make the greenhouse I suggested in your last video! 3 stories high, floors made of cobblestone to show from the outside, and make a greenhouse farm on the inside
You should try putting traps around the base or outside the wall, in that case you might stand a good chance of surviving! Before I forget.....Team Swayle!! 💙🖤
