"Everyone Coincides" 😂 Never change, my friend
Best video yet!
The same thing happened to me with a resurrection deck with the double cost creature cards. Won roughly 15 games in a row then I couldn't win anymore games the rest of the night.
Was it right after making the deck this seems to be a thing on arena ill make a deck or just change cards have a win streak and then I'm back to matching with decks that are strong vs Mine
Hyper Cancer's stepsister twice removed
A primal amulet deck like in the good old days. Exactly what I wished a few days ago. Thanks Qwazar! :) What a time to be alive!
You did it wooo👍
You should play root snare over festivities because snare prevents combat damage to chandra and festivities only prevents it to face. I played fog and did not realize the text on festivities.
Ahh, another day, another poop, and another Qwazar video. Let's go boys and 3.5%!
My favorite Chandra 😍 *happy Nissa noises*
Eeeeeee! hi. 🤗
@@DeconvertedMan hello again 😌
@@aliceplanque ^_^
Im the "40 year old boomer that just wants to play games." I steal your decks and play your jank. Thank you sir.
Bros been having a blast w mana flare lmao
seeing quawzar with a webcam is still strange to me. my head cannon over the years is qwazar is Liliana.
JANK IS THE BEST!
I never get creature decks anymore arena gives me nothing but control or combo its so annoying
40 year olds are gen x too, and we absolutley play the game and try figure it out....have since before you were born :)
My dear Kusar Sensei, why dont you try a hbrawl Yedora pure jank deck? It would make my day, ngl
"Anddddd it's gone."
i stopped playing mtga due to the meddling in the probabilities,
~50% win rate is bs
i want randomness as close as possible as it would be with a physical deck, not a guaranteed % ratio thats not close to real in any universe or reality
If I recall, in the early days of MTGA, it used to be a lot more random, with a smaller player base and all.
One of the main reasons, besides the 50/50 win rate, as to why it changed was because of card randomness messing with the engine. Essentially imagine you do this:
you play a combo where you are constantly searching/shuffling your deck, MTGA has to generate each card at random when you look, and again every time you shuffle, if you do that constantly (back when the pool of cards was much more limited), the game would run so slow it could crash/error out/result in a draw. If you look at super old MTGA vids from years ago, you'll see this happen every now and again. But, the games were a lot more fair, land smoothing was on low, and you could still brick or flood, but, it really felt random.
🔧No Table-sama today boys and 3.5%.
Did u know the reason why the win-chance is in average 50:50 ? :D
he explains it in the video
yeah tell me how he explained it :D @@razorthecurse
Did you not watch the video? He literally says, one of the main reasons why it happens is due to how if you win 50/50, you, as a player, will more than likely keep playing, as opposed to, say, 45/50, or 40/50. And they want you winning as little as possible, while playing as long as possible.
explain me how in a 1vs1 the average is less than 50:50
personal experience, watching other content creators, friends who also played for more than 30 minutes at a time for months, etc.
Don't take my word for it, build a deck from any poppuplar youtuber who makes mtga content, play arena for like 6 hours, and record your win/loss ratio.
Hell, use a program that helps you track your deck or something, like untapped's deck tracker, and look at your win ratio before and after.
If you make any sort of really good deck, that doesn't get noticed for a while (before this last season ended I made it to mythic in 3 days by doing a 17 land mono red aggro with an 80% win ratio, and the second the season started again, it got patched, because others were running similar cards to mine, which is to be expected in Standard, and Wizards tweaked their system to detect certain cards and just screw you over.
Imagine running 17 lands, in a 60 card deck, then flooding out by drawing eight (8) lands in a row, not once, not, twice, but three matches in a row.
starting hand with 2 lands > everything is good (card draw/burn/buffs) win by turn 4 if you get one more instant, and bam, land after land after land.
Now that deck is useless, despite it having every possible thing that would make a typical "red wins" deck... win, because they have to force the win ratio, I'll come so close to winning time after time, opponent on 1 life, all I need is one of the 16 or so cards in my deck that deal damage, and nothing but lands.
Now the deck has a 52% win ratio
That's what MTGA does, and this doesn't apply to just mono red, it happens to mono white, grixis, jund, any color combo with any popular deck, because, as Qwazar said, if one deck controlled the meta, everyone would play it, and then no one would play.
This isn't rocket science. The reason why people stop playing historic is because all the tier 0 decks are goblins, elves, ugin, and paradox engine. What's wizards gonna do? Ban every combo card until they leave them with nothing? No, instead they're gonna make it so they lose every now and again no matter how good the deck is so that players win 3 times, lose twice, win twice lose once, and so on in a differing pattern, so that you, as a player, still make some progress and can still "rank up."
Whats up Qwazar
liked and subbed!
title: 20 SEC WIN OMG right when i click on video he has 15 lands like bruh
