ONLY EATING RECOMMENDED SERVING SIZE FOR 24 HOURS!! | JKREW

In today’s video, we are eating, but we are only eating the recommended serving size per food for 24 hours. Mom asked the Krew which grocery store they would go shopping in if they could. Anthony and Liam picked Whole Foods, Cilla picked Target, and Maddy Harris Teeter. They didn’t know about this challenge just yet. Mom just told them that they will be going shopping for their food today. They are able to pick what they want to eat for breakfast, snack, lunch, and dinner. The Krew couldn’t believe that they were actually able to pick out their own food. Once they bought all their food, mom broke the news. They will be only eating the recommended serving size of the food they bought. The Krew was shocked and disappointed. Cilla and Maddy didn’t buy any healthy food, so their serving sizes were smaller. Anthony and Liam bought healthier foods, so they were able to eat more for their serving size. Were they able to do this challenge without quitting this fun food challenge?
