Overview
Ford's mid-size Ranger pickup truck has been totally redesigned for the 2024 model year, adopting bolder front-end styling inspired by the larger F-150. While Ford sells the Ranger with a turbodiesel V-6 in some overseas markets, the American version is powered by the same turbocharged 2.3-liter four-cylinder engine as the current truck, and it will be again for 2024. A more powerful twin-turbo gasoline-fired V-6 engine joins the lineup this year, and both engines can be had with rear- or four-wheel drive. We're most excited about the high-performance Ranger Raptor variant, but we review that model separately. Unlike last year's Ranger, which was offered in two distinct body styles, the new one is only available as a crew cab with four full-size doors. The cabin has received a big makeover and now features a large, vertically oriented infotainment system similar to the one found that's an option on higher-end models of the Edge SUV. When the 2024 Ranger goes on sale later this year, it faces fresh competition in the form of the Chevrolet Colorado, the GMC Canyon, and the Toyota Tacoma, all of which are also riding high on recent redesigns.

It’s been on TV lots of recalls not by ford but the new owners for tech problems on the display , lead light problems , thin folding metal around the door entries and poor cooler systems for the motor , and I believe fines handed to ford over disputes with new owners thru the motor Association of Australia ..

I own a dmax XT from new 22km the engine head cracked under warranty had the engine replaced than after that it leaked oil. Now I need to pay out more $$$ to have the front toe in issues fix with after market steering gear installed to stop the front tyres from being damaged 😮

I don't like the large screen as it just for audio not video (2023).
Wait wait wait. Ford spent all that money on LED head lighting, tail lighting and DRL that looks exactly like a GMC, put a useless badge that just says "Ford LED" like it's some well-known brand, but there's an incandescent blinker? Why? This vehicle has literally every feature possible, and still equipped with incandescent bulbs.

Use it then you will start to love! Actually after having an Everest now i think all cars should have vertical screen, its very user friendly, more closer to driver, posiblity of screen split into 3, etc etc.
