Peter, it is nice that you end the year with a tour of a duplex condo in Zara Hadid Museum Tower. The condo looks like a small museum. I like the duplex family room with the statue of the Black woman. I like the heart view of the great room. The chandelier above the dining table is fantastic. The floating stairway is cool. The black quartz kitchen is beautiful and original. All the guest rooms are well design and square. I like the platform beds in the bedrooms and I like the marble bathrooms. The master bedrooms with the view of Biscayne Bay is wonderful. The master bathroom is luxurious and the master closet is spacious. The paintings in the duplex are calming and sophisticated.
Love this one - what a way to send out the old and usher in the new! The master bedroom - wow! That bathroom was crazy cool! Not only don't I have to share a sink - I don't have to share counter space either! What I really loved about this one is that a variety of furniture styles would work equally well here. Each room you went to had me saying, "mid-century modern would look great in here," and then in the next room I was picturing antique Oriental rugs anchoring modern leather sofas with a mix of art. I don't know how I missed this video but I am so happy that I fell upon it. When it comes to sheer architecture alone this duplex is a true showstopper and these 2 massive hearts framing the view, priceless! Peter I rarely use the word masterpiece to refer to a trophy property but this best describes this jaw-dropping unit. Thanks again for truly spoiling us.

Lovely home. If I rearrange the letters in "Ancona," I almost can spell the name "Action man!" Here, you actively ascend or descend stairs, slide open doors, arrange accessories, admire fine art, and absorb natural sunlight, in your iconic manner and while impeccably dressed. The natural advantage of this level is both the sunlight and the tree leaves and the park lawn views. I felt totally relaxed and at home on the first level. I already have imagined placing a Christmas tree in just the right spot, in the Great Room, (what I always called a "Florida Room," when I lived in Florida.} On the second level, I would use the Bonus Room as a home office or den or remote computer work office or Zoom videochat or whatever technology work thing. I would use the East Loft Room as my exercise or yoga or dancesport practice room. The master bedroom, as usual for me for my particularity, is too big and bright: I would sleep in one of the smaller cozy bedrooms and put guests into the master. This home really seems to me one of your most comfortable, well-designed, refined yet relaxed homes.
