I have a 42" red oak stump... With that being said.... I am thinking about renting this to grind it out.. The stump is about 4-6" from ground level. The tree has been cut about a month now so it is still really green. What would be the time frame to do a job like this ? and is this machine big enough to tackle it ?

How long did it take for you to grind that first stump in the video?

Very good DIY rental machine, ground 20" dia Sweet Gum and a 24" cherry stump and roots 14" deep in 1.5 hours, 2 gals gas, rented for 2 hours for $81 ($95 with tax and trailer). Needed tracked grinder due to cherry on muddy sloped incline.

I own a tree service and I've got two of the biggest stump grinder's you can own $113,000 for one plus the trailer....we had both out on contract's and we called around to rent one and they had no big grinder's available so they called us and said try it for free and let us know how it was , well I was pretty impressed with this grinder as long as you have good teeth it Will grind whatever you have....rent one and you too Will agree....this guy in this video has no idea how too grind a stump.....
