I’m so excited for Inktober and have my supplies all ready to go. I just started painting (making cards and gift tags) two years ago and have no formal training. I retired in June from 26 years of teaching Kindergarten and my amazing staff gifted me with over $700 worth of new art supplies so I am happy to have more time to paint. You could also glue or tape each page to the back of your painted paper for the day as well. Paint pad 4x4 is a great size for small practice sessions. Amazon has them.
If I were more competent on the computer I would respace the lovely squares for each day so that they are 3” x 3”. Then I would print them out on watercolor paper and paint the days project on the other side. That would keep the description with the example and make the final book an even more useful reference for the future. Maybe I’ll get hubby to figure that out for me! 😊

Hi Audrey, Try as I might, I cannot get the three pages of Tips to print out properly. Even the calendar was cut off at the bottom. I don't know what I am doing wrong. I even tried to copy and then would have pasted into my Word program so I could work with the sizing but it would not let me copy. I really am so excited to do this project with you. Thanks so much. You can use any size paper that you would like but I will be using 3“ x 3“ squares so if you want to cut them ahead of time, go for it!
