Further, am aware of a developer having conditions contrary to Maceda law in their Offer to Purchase and Contract to Buy and Sell, ensuring no payments are refundable. So I see a developer having conditions contrary to law with no grace periods, interest charged on non-payments, and no refunds. There is a need for government oversight into adhesion contracts being issued by some developers.

Tama lang po ba ung ganun? Depende po ba tlga s developer ang pagrerefund nila sa akin?aabutin po ba tlga ng one year un na hati hati ibibigay
