Ancient Box is by far this deck's worst match up - I think the only way to potentially make it better is to maybe play a Penny to reset and damage they may have done in the early turns of the game. Or, try and find a good single prize attacker, but none really work with this deck that do high enough damage to deal with Ancient Box 😅
Just out of interest, what would be the judges ruling on that first Bolt attack as you said you'd Burst Roar but discarded energy and got a KO. I mean clearly you meant Bellowing Thunder but just curious (I've not played at a large regional yet)
That's why you don't say attack names, just start discarding energy from the board and say "KO", there are definitely some aholes on this game that will call you out.
I think 99% of people and judges would understand what you mean in this scenario - but as others have said sometimes you do get people who are sticklers and might make you do the first attack 😅 but as long as you can legally perform the attack you meant then all should be ok 👍
