Thank you Rene .Elvis voice cannot be beaten anyone ,especially when he sings Gospel! He sings all songs better ,Gospel is in his heart and soul and no one can beat that ! ❤
Elvis owns every song he sings and when it comes to Gospel in particular You can feel the emotion and Love just Flow thru his body and soul, this is one of my favorite Elvis Gospel songs from Elvis and of course he takes it home, as I am listening to your words, I totally understand and agree that Everything is so effortless, no one can touch This Beautiful MAN Among Men and I am willing to bet that last question you asked , is going to be Elvis all day and forever. When I seen the song. IF THAT ISN'T LOVE. I had a good feeling none would beat Elvis version. The feeling and passion is streets ahead. I never heard of Rambos. I've heard of Rambo. Ha.
Elvis was always able to make any song he sang his and make anyone listening feel like he was singing straight to them. Once an Elvis fan always an Elvis fan! Elvis is now singing with the angels. Love Elvis!!❤❤😊😊❤
Elvis = soul. I cried first time I heard him sing this beautiful song. His voice, a total miracle, cutting across generations, a master interpreter of songs.
Dottie Rambo wrote the song plus many more. This is their style. They touched many lives and Dottie's songs have been sung by many other singers. I will never minimize their talent or their ministry. Of course no one can sing a song better than Elvis. His talent is unmatchable.
I agree with you 100 per cent! This was Dottie's song and her music was just as inspiring! It's not a fair comparison comparing the Rambos to Elvis! Elvis had a more far reaching influence and is widely more well known by more people! He had a unique style all his own!
Absolutely correct. She wrote songs that I believe are some of the best gospel songs ever written by anyone. I wish everyone knew about All of The serious illnesses Elvis had. The addictions he had were due to his pain, insomnia, etc. But the number 1 reason that caused his death was a hereditary disease. His mom, his aunt and a few more of his relatives died from the same disease. They all died around the same age. He suffered but kept going for his fans and his love of performing. An example of perseverance.@@barrybrittain6157
Elvis , tylko Elvis, nikt nawet nie zblizyl sie do Jego spiewu, do Jego glosu, do Jego korony !!! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ Elvis na zawsze !! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
We cannot forget the level of performance that Elvis put into the entire production of the song. The arrangement is brilliant, the backing vocals are spectacular, and the studio musicians used to record a top-quality master version. Everything to be on par with the King's performance: Elvis is incomparable!
hi rene elvis' poured so much emotion heart & soul into every single word! love these comparison & analysis videos please consider doing gorden & elvis early morning rain thank you :) (also please give a shout-out to Scottys elvis presley music ch they are such a wealth of info on everything elvis and do so much to uphold & protect his legacy)
The Rambos version is pretty & their voices really harmonize well. It's definitely lacking soul & emotional 'punch' whereas Elvis brings his heart & soul into his rendition. Gorgeous rendition by Elvis. Agree that too many vocalists do gymnastics with their voices to the point of annoyance.
That's what made Elvis the best vocalist ever...his passion, skill, charisma and ability to connect with a song ....not to mention his looks....nobody comes close in my humble opinion 😊
@@joanpitterson2142 it’s not about comparing, it’s to show how great he was in making songs his own. People saying he stole music, well I disagree and I think there’s nothing wrong with showing what he could do with his talent his voice, music and souls etc etc. And by showing the comparison makes it even more clear, but it’s not about the comparison itself, it’s to show how great Elvis was and still is.
All throughout the 60's Elvis did not tour. He made lots of light-hearted Hollywood movies. In 1969 Dick Clark convinced Elvis to leave Hollywood and return to live shows. Elvis then did a live TV special and returned to touring. My Navy buddies and I were lucky to see him live at the Cow Palace in San Francisco CA. Wow! What a concert! Memory of a lifetime!❤❤❤
ELVIS DID THREE MOVIES BEFORE HE WENT IN THE SERVICE. CAME HOME MARCH OF 1958... HAD CONTRACT TO DO SEVEN MORE YEARS OF MOVIES.. THEN HE DID 68 SPECIAL. STARTED AT INTERNATIONAL HOTEL IN LAS VEGAS --- HE DID TWO SHOWS A DAY.. IN BETWEEN THAT DID CONCERTS... AND ALSO 1973 HAWAII VIA SATELLITE...AND ON AND ON CONCERTS.. HAVE GOOD NEW YEAR 😊
Anyone doubts elvis is the best entertainer that god sent to earth go watch the 68 comeback special elvis loved gospel above all music no one can compare his gospel songs with anyone elses theres no comparison
Buongiorno Senza dubbio la versione di questa canzone incisa da Elvis è più bella. Si sente subito il coinvolgimento emotivo nell'interpretazione di Elvis con la sua voce bellissima che nessuno può eguagliare... Per me, è persino commovente
Yes sure elvis gospel songs 🎵 are mazing from 50s till 77 they are all great he challenged all gospel black performers alls believe Me the greatest who are the legend aswell ❤️ yes elvis is great artist singer he get everything ❤️
If you’re going to do this comparison, it would be nice to say that Dottie Rambo wrote the song and is one of the greatest Gospel songwriters of all time. Also, Elvis loved the group and introduced them when they were his guests at a 1970 Las Vegas concert. She wrote some 2,500 songs and said that Elvis was planning to record a double LP with 20 of her songs, a plan that didn’t come to fruition because of his death. If you want to hear another version of the song (with a bit of an Elvis tie in), there is a version by The Imperials on a 1970 live LP. This was the same personnel as with Elvis in 1969-70 and the same five guys that were with the group during filming of That’s the Way It Is. Thanks for the video.
What matters in life, is having Jesus in the heart and trully believe in Him, what matters in the life is to have salvation, what matters in the life is to know we are going to heaven, so, so look up at the skye and ask Jesus to come to your heart, so you can see Him as He is
Its not a fair comparison, comparing the Rambos' song to Elvis' version! Ive been a Elvis fan for nearly 40 years! I can agree that his style was all his own and that he was a special person and an outstanding performer! I dont like the way he puts down the Rambos' song, its just that their approach was more traditional but just as inspiring a song as Elvis was with his song! My conclusion is that I like both versions but also Elvis had that special touch the way he approached a song, he certainly had a special talent there!
It’s about Elvis how he could make a song his own. You can see that clearly when comparing. I did not say the Rambo’s was bad, I just give my honest opinion.
Elvis' version is absolutely the Greatest! Love your reaction! Thank you so very much!! ❤❤❤
Elvis had the most beautiful voice and yes it brings tears to ones' eyes listening to him!

Our beautiful Savior portrayed by the beautiful Jeffrey Hunter. Sung by The King about The King of Kings! ♥️

Que pena que não está traduzido para português, não entendo nada.
Fixed it now, enjoy
The first version is so dated and sounds so corny it really does.
It sounds like typical gospel singers. Very good but all sound the same. Elvis is incomparable.
