The M1 folder in the AppData folder will always comeback because it holds the path to your game settings. .. e.g (x) to jump on a PS controller , or right click to shoot..etc, overall hope the game is working for you - no need to delete again if the game is working

I deleted and I run the game , and some reason the M1 file restore back itself
