This song hits me very very hard my son took his own life in 2017. His gf died and he couldn't take it. If you have troubles seek help right away don't wait. I lost my daughter in 79 at the hands of others.. No one should ever have to bury their children. And in 1994 i lost my aunt that was like my 2nd Mom. I tried to end it if my husband had not found me i would not be here today. So please think before you try to end your life. Awesome reaction sweetie.

My Uncle Tommy was on the phone with one of his sisters, my Aunt Beverly, while they were talking, my Aunt heard a noise and asked her brother Tommy what that noise was, and Tommy told her that he had just shot himself with his rifle. My Uncle Tommy had already locked his front and back doors so that his elementary school aged daughter would not find him dead after school let out that afternoon. Uncle Tommy was my mother’s brother also, and she and my father lived three blocks from Uncle Tommy and his wife & daughter. The police tracked my father down at work to come to Uncle Tommy’s house and identify his brother-in-law’s body, then my father came home “early from work”, surprising my mother, who was pregnant with me at the time(in 1963), and my father had to tell my mother that her younger brother was dead, and how he died. In the mean time, my Aunt Beverly was, to say the least, hysterical from the experience and for SEVERAL YEARS every time her phone rang she would become hysterical, because you see, my Uncle Tommy had called her, so her ringing telephone would throw her back to Tommy CALLING HER and then CHOOSING to shoot himself. For ANY of you who are thinking of killing yourselves, DO NOT do it, stop and think of your family, your TRUE friends who REALLY CARE AND LOVE YOU😊. Do you REALLY want to BETRAY them like that, do you REALLY NOT LOVE THEM? Speaking as a veteran who volunteers with veteran suicide, the term 22+1 (22 veterans +1 active duty) a DAY end their lives. Doesn't sound like much. Some have those numbers higher, some lower. However to put it in perspective, 22+1 = 8395 men and women a YEAR. That's the size of a small town. Every year. Miltary or civilian, on this matters not to me. The thought of been a burden to those you care About, The deep abyss. Depression is a mental illness, It makes you blind to your own beauty and constantly Aware of insecurities. It highlights them and exposes them like a nerve, It constantly convinces you you're less than than next person and worthless. It's not true. PERIOD. It makes you feel like life's punching bag With no other means of hitting back than ending it, Everyday you make it threw and every day you've made it threw is a giant FUCK YOU to it. You have the strength to make it threw, Depression strikes and feels like a dominatrix But in reality it's a pathetic trickster Life doesn't have to end forit to get better. Death doesn't better life in any form. If you continue to feel as such call a helpline I did and it saved my life.
