You have a great family unit and your demeanor/character shows through w/ your kids attitudes - or lack thereof. Kudos to Mom and Pop for a job well done. Watching Chad persevere through all of the projects he undertakes helps motivate me to get back on my restoration project - '65 Corvair. Its been over ten years for this project and lots of creative financing to collect all of the necessary parts/pieces to accomplish this job, but I feel closer to a finish date, thanks to a little good fortune in the form of a small inheritence that allowed me to get all of the engine rebuild parts I've needed. Organizing my new-to-me garage (just moved) is the next big task, then I can actually start on the Vair. Yea, me!

Great video Chad. I remember as a kid my dad had a red 78 Chevy Blazer. Always wanted it as my first car but he didn’t let me have it. Wasn’t sure if it was cause it was his baby or that by the time I was old enough to drive it had things that needed to be fixed and since he wasn’t a mechanic or so inclined had me get a little car. Also remember after we first got it brand new, when we took it out for the first drive at the stop light I bumped the four wheel drive shifter in to neutral, and for the life of my dad and friend could workout why we couldn’t move. Ended up call the dealership to come help. Dad wasn’t impressed with me and was the last time I sat on the center consul with my swing feet. 😂 Bye the way love the orange colour.

Momma knows best ! The Crusty looks good with the camper shell & the rumble sounds awesome . Love CHADS saying at the end. I let my good friend fix anything that goes wrong on my 2005 Xtra ranger . I'm not good with vehicles . I'm the goffer & clean tools. Put it this way years & years ago bought valve cover & oil pan gasket everyone laughed oil all over the ground over tighted the bolts. Plus here's the best id walk into Car Quest & Robert the owner would tell everyone in the store if they see me working on any vehicle to call the cops ! Its a crime if I had a tool in my hand. So from then all my freinds say put that down. But love your knowledge & you share with your viewers. I see vehicles as art .keep on sharing prayers are always with you all

thats awesome. i have an 85 shortbox i sent to a shop to install a new engine and instead they installed a used one , burnt up my wiring and the half ass re-wired it. had it for 9 months. The new engine haha uses oil so i know it's not new and when i asked for the warrenty papers they said new engines don't come with one. Funny i said all GM motors new come with warranty.. so what they did was bought a new engine took the paperwork made a copy sent copy to me and sent engine back. I don't understand do people really think other people are that dumb? apparently yes. So it runs kinda. so now i use my pride and joy just in my yard because i can't trust it anywhere else. To bad you wearn't closer i would love to have you go through mine. take care Chad may the good Lord bless you in all your endeavors.

Nice facility. I’m trying to get my two car garage to this point in paint and lighting. WI garage facilities aren’t much, but Boy the kitchen and bedrooms are nicer. We bought a DIY ranch here last year. Sick garage. Fear stopping things? I’d be upset if I had a US flag like that on the back of my pickup or Wrangler and I’m a disabled vet.

I know the LSs are overdone and everything has one. In this case it was the cheapest easiest way to get 400hp, get fuel injection, serpentine belt etc. The original plan was a big block but it was waaaaayyy out of Kaden's budget to put one together and fuel inject it.

So funny. No matter the level of socio-economic level of the car enthusiast, if the bench top is full and there is even the smallest of a drawer that can be opened be used as a bench, then so be it, it gets opened.

The idle air control motor didn't want to work (fixed now) so it idled terrible. Once we get a few more things done on it I will put some good numbers in the spark table, clean up the fuel map and really let it eat.
