Are those quail eggs or turtle eggs?? That looks like taffy he is pulling. I use to see 2 men pulling it like he is doing but now it is all done by machine. That is a hard job to pull taffy.
Actually it’s not very expensive street food in Taiwan cost about 10 to 50 dollars which sounds like al lot but it’s just about a dollar and a few cents in the us so it’s pretty cheap
