normally it warns you in a title that saying the game key won't be activated in your region, didn't it showed up? (or you can just change your region and use a vpn)

for using region locked keys you can use a vpn and redeem in that country i bought a skin vbucks pack in Fortnite from the Argentina region despite being in the uk for £3.54 yet in my country its £17 but the most expensive Fortnite skin right now is wildcat because it was a Nintendo switch exclusive which is £1,600

of course. you are buying the game just like if you purchased from the Xbox store except you have to manually register the serial instead of it being registered automatically like when you purchase from the Xbox store.
you can, but since you're going to be on a computer or phone to make the purchase anyway, it's usually just easier to copy the code and paste it in your MS account vs. having to type it in on your Xbox using a controller.

No. Not until I brought it. And then it wouldn't let me return before I seen the keys.

Maybe you have purchased for different platform and could not see for which platform you were buying. Might be for xbox or other platforms
