#TheoTech 2022 Inerrancy, Electricity, and Divine Power
The Master's University - a Christian liberal arts institution in Santa Clarita, California - is led by Chancellor John MacArthur and President Abner Chou. To learn more about TMU and its unwavering commitment to Christ and Scripture, visit masters.edu.
Each year, TMU hosts TheoTech, a conference exploring technology from the standpoint of biblical theology. The most recent conference’s speakers included:
Dr. John MacArthur - Fire from Heaven: Electricity as Yahweh’s Weapon
Dr. Joey Kim - Maxwell’s Magic: Waves of Electromagnetic Technology
Dr. Monica Vroman - The Breath of Life: From Electricity to Intelligent Machines
Dr. Joe Francis - Electromagnetic Life: Powered Animals
Dr. Jason Lisle - Power of the Planets: The Electromagnetic Solar System
Dr. John S. Eickemeyer - Classical Faith, Quantum Faith, Artificial Faith, and Ungrounded Power
Dr. Grant Horner - Zeus’ Thunderbolts: Electricity from the Classical World to Frankenstein
I find this interesting and the relationship of orbits to speed nice and clean
This cuts out can you post the full recording?

1:50 It's funny that Lisle is talking about this, because using these sorts of observations are how we describe things like the past, and the future. The analysis of speed and trajectories tells us where the planets 'were' and 'will be'... yet Lisle attacks this very same methodology with respect to things like Evolutionary history. Ironically, both Darwin and Wallace would both point towards planetary observations like this as their reasoned basis for their observations about Evolution. For example, in Alfred Wallace's Sarawak Law paper of 1855 in which he first documented his observations of common ancestry/faunal succession tied to Biogeography, he stated:
"Granted the law (the 'Sarawak law') and many of the most important facts in Nature could not have been otherwise, but are almost as necessary deductions from it, as are the elliptic orbits of the planets from the law of gravitation."
Alfred Russel Wallace - On the Law Which Has Regulated the Introduction of New Species (1855)
