This is Sean. Only because you asked me specifically, I will answer about the anna. We kept wanting more exert abilities to end the game with beast. Multiple pinnochios felt bad and often times I exert on 3 anyway. Anna did a lot of work. Triton decree is bad because they choose any character, anna is different because they have to exert unexerted characters in play. Often times, it exerts the only character they don't want to exert. Also, the tempo of exerting with anna and then singing friends came up a lot where pinnochio can not sing friends. Pinnochio was better 70% of the time. Pinnochio and Anna in hand was 100% better then 2 pinnochios. Also, 3/3 times I exerted a price john I won that game this weekend.
Sean and his team are some of the best mad scientists and players in the Dallas/Fort Worth scene. Everyone here has a lot of respect for them. You will see their names again :D
Long time listener. Thanks for the shout out for the deck tech. I destroyed all the mirrors with those crossbows and tempo. I had some insanely fun lines with Toa and crossbow. I was able to human sisu an opponents Toa. Chichais one of the most underrated cards in the game right now. her support effect is undervalued. She also turns off Flynn. Dragon crossbow can also kill an opposing Sisu on turn three if red purple is on the play. There’s just so much more to the deck. Keep up the amazing work!
Gabriel here. I gotta give credit to Clara Cyr for piloting the lemon lime deck to a top 16 in Vegas and inspiring me to play a similar version. The deck plays like a slower aggro that does not run out of cards easily, so it's more resilient in the meta.
