I have never smiled so much during meditation. I really saw a big yellow light all over my eyes and was smiling like crazy and i also felt like i was levitating without feeling my whole body. It was amazing!!!!!!😭🥺💛🙏🏻

It's been four days since I've started doing this particular meditation. What I've realised is that I am not in touch with my higher self at all. I don't have unconditional love towards myself at all. I want to spend a few more days to realise where this will lead me.
